    The Global QA Team at our Fulfilment Centres are a key component in the continuing success at asos.com. They are the final point to ensure our products are the best quality they can possibly be, and that customers get great value for money. This role will be supporting the QA Lead in accreditation / QC in the coordination and management of all processes and working activities related to Quality Assurance and systems enhancement, while delivering proactive operational work.Based in Barnsley, this role will also require flexibility to travel to our local & global fulfilment centres and sourcing Markets to carry out AQL inspections.Carry out the AQL inspections on received stock and sourcing markets if required.Customer returns and complaints management support, or ad hoc audits inspection to support ASOS quality standards and returns reduction.Stock sortation for Quality Issues or as required by Line Manager.Planning styles / Checking stock qty /Retrieving stock from location for AQL inspection.Provide expertise to GXO to achieve a successful outcome when dealing with quality issue.Upload Quality data in ASOS designated platforms.Support Technical team with failed inspections, deep dive into fault reasons to understand areal cause of failureMonitor priority list to ensure failed stock /stock for rework is actioned in a timely manner to ensure QA locked stock - N/A stock is kept to a minimumAdmin tasks checking for workbooks, chasing relevant team for missing workbooks.Flexible in availability for work on weekends or extra hours if occasionally required to cover peaks or urgent business needs.Support QA projects as and when requiredSupporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies
    Qualifications

    You bring strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment. With experience in quality assurance and a collaborative approach, you’re confident working with systems, partners, and processes to maintain high standards.You’ll also be able to demonstrate:Knowledge of QA management systems and standardsProficiency in MS Office, Excel, and digital platformsGood colour perception (Munsell Hue test is a must)Experience working with a global clothing retailerAbility to collaborate with third-party providers to ensure best practiceStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement solutions quicklyConfidence in making decisions on AQL inspectionsExcellent communication skills, including working with partners where English may not be their first languageAdaptability to change and flexibility in a dynamic environmentWillingness to travel globally when requiredProven track record of delivering cost savings at pace
