RequirementsMust-Have Requirements2 years’ experience (5 years maximum) in a sales or marketing environmentHands-on experience using a CRM system (ideally HubSpot)Understanding of the lead lifecycle (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Customer)Comfortable working with both marketing and sales teamsStrong analytical mindset with ability to build reports and dashboardsGood proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointDegree educated Role ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage HubSpot CRM (pipelines, properties, workflows, permissions)Maintain high data quality (deduplication, enrichment, segmentation)Conduct regular CRM audits to ensure data accuracy and consistencySupport marketing campaigns through lists, automation workflows, and trackingWork with sales to improve lead routing, qualification, and pipeline visibilityBuild and maintain dashboards to track performance across the funnel How Success Will Be MeasuredImprovement in lead-to-opportunity conversion ratesHigh CRM data quality (accuracy, completeness, low duplication)Strong marketing performance tracking (lead volume, cost per lead, attribution clarity)
