We are interested in hearing from people who have: Demonstrated exposure to, or a genuine interest in developing, eDiscovery skills; prior experience advising using the front-end of RelativityOne is advantageous but not essential. Ability to troubleshoot - or the enthusiasm to learn how to troubleshoot - technical and non-technical issues that arise during a project and to assist in implementing straightforward, repeatable solutions. The merger will lead to a significant increase in the combined firm's international tax compliance obligations, so the Partnership Tax team is restructuring to create this new role. We are seeking an experienced Senior International Tax Manager to join our partnership. This is a pivotal role within our tax function, responsible for managing and advising on complex cross-border tax matters affecting the partnership and its members. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping and implementing the partnership's international tax strategy, ensuring compliance with UK and overseas tax obligations, and providing technical guidance to partners and colleagues across the business. Key responsibilities of the role include: Lead tax compliance in the EMEA region covering income and corporation tax filings. Work closely with local Finance Managers to ensure timely and accurate submission of all EMEA tax returns and computations. Leading discussions with overseas tax advisers for these locations to coordinate tax filings and manage tax audits or disputes.
