As a result of ongoing growth and a new agenda of service expansion, we are seeking to appoint an eDiscovery Analyst / Senior Analyst in the UK.
This is a vital role at the heart of our service offering, contributing to project execution, quality assurance, risk management and continuous innovation across our eDiscovery capabilities.
The role will report to one of our eDiscovery Managers and operate as part of a national team, collaborating closely with colleagues across the UK and Australia to support a follow - the - sun delivery model.
The role will be a primary delivery contributor to eDiscovery projects, engaging with internal practice groups and external clients to scope work, manage workflows, and progress matters efficiently using RelativityOne, Reveal and related tools.
The role will be responsible for supporting case setup, collection, processing, analytics, review and production, maintaining robust chain of custody and data security, tracking budgets and milestones, and preparing concise updates and outputs for stakeholders.
The role requires practical problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to translate technical concepts into plain English, and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.
This is a full-time, permanent role that can be based in either our London or Glasgow office with hybrid working. More information can be found in the job description attached to the role on our careers site. About you:
The successful candidate will have: Genuine interest in eDiscovery and a readiness to build knowledge of the EDRM, exchange protocols and legal context. Experience with, or enthusiasm to learn, RelativityOne; exposure to Reveal and analytics tools is a plus. Full training available for motivated learners. Practical troubleshooting mindset with the ability to diagnose issues and implement simple, repeatable fixes. Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) Active Learning, concept clustering, search analysis and generative AI-enabled review workflows. Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities across multiple matters and work to deadlines. Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to explain technical steps to non-technical audiences. A quality-focused approach with robust attention to detail and commitment to QA from collection through to production. A collaborative team ethic, calm under pressure, proactive in sharing best practice and contributing to playbooks and training. Willingness to work additional hours when required to meet case timelines. Tertiary qualifications in Law, Computer Science, Commerce, Software Engineering or a related discipline are preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Tech savvy, or keen to learn, including tools such as RelativityOne, Reveal, Passware, Axiom Cyber, Verikey, HighQ, Bryter, Contract Express and Microsoft Power Platform. #LI-HYBRID #LI-EG1
