    We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join our client, a global Education provider, on a contract basis for a period of 3 months. This is a hands-on role for an ER professional who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment. Reporting directly to the ER Manager, you will work alongside two ER Advisors to support the organisation’s UK based employees, across both school sites and the Head Office function. You will manage a caseload of complex cases, spanning the full spectrum of employee relations, while also playing a pivotal role in an ongoing TUPE project. Key responsibilities Lead on complex ER cases, building strong, credible relationships with relevant teams and the wider UK HR function. Provide pragmatic, risk-aware advice on HR policies and ER issues, ensuring effective communication and inclusive working practices throughout. Manage complex ER cases end-to-end, ensuring full compliance with UK employment law and supporting both ER Advisors and line managers throughout the process. Assist with Employment Tribunal cases, reducing claim risk through close stakeholder partnering and the delivery of commercial, solutions-focused advice. The successful candidate will have Proven experience in a senior ER advisor role preferably within the Education sector or safer recruitment setting. CIPD qualified to min Level 5 Solid knowledge of UK employment law as well as best practice HR Experience of leading redundancy and restructure processes Experience managing or advising on TUPE processes. Skilled in mediation, facilitation and coaching with a track record of achieving early dispute resolution. Experience supporting Employment Tribunal claims and providing commercial, risk-based advice. Highly organised with experience managing high-volume, concurrent caseloads.
