It aims to align asset management, health, safety, and physical security, ensuring statutory obligations are met and preparing for legislative requirements. The programme involves implementing governance systems, prioritising compliance areas, and enhancing staff competence through targeted training. Responsibilities: The BA is expected to engage with the Working Group and governance boards, which include senior leaders and subject matter experts. Demonstrating the ability to manage senior stakeholders is essential for: Accurately capturing operational needs and translating them into functional requirements. Producing clear documentation and reporting that meets the expectations of governance boards. Ensuring that compliance priorities align with strategic objectives set by senior leadership. Essential Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Health & Safety and Compliance projects. Strong understanding of public sector procurement frameworks.     As Financial Accountant (Technical Support), you will be supporting the Senior Financial Accountant in the areas like statutory reporting and compliance obligations. You will liaise with the transactions team, systems team and management reporting team for periodic reporting as well as support transactions processing functions related to payables, receivables, cashbook and inventory management. You will provide advice and support to the Senior Financial Accountant and Head of Finance. You will provide professional advice to senior managers and Directors on key strategic financial issues including current legislation and external audit compliance. The role is a hybrid role with an expectation that the role will require to be in the office 2 – 3 days a week. Responsibilities: Assist for the timely and accurate management and preparation of the Statutory Accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and HM Treasury Financial Reporting Manual (FReM) along with consolidation pack. Assist in the production of the periodic financial progress reports in coordination with related stakeholders with suggestions for improvements. This will include maintenance of reporting tools like dashboards and other published report. Liaise with financial transactions team with regular finance functions including but not limited to payment processing, receivables management, VAT reporting, inventory accounting, reconciliations and cashbook processing. Coordinate effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders including, as appropriate, government departments, Internal Audit and External Auditors. Work with the Unit4 users i.e. the financial management system, to improve current reporting processes and facilitate change as appropriate.     Our client requires two experienced AWS Cloud Solution Architects to work on their Cloud Migration project to migrate their on-premise estate to AWS Cloud. Responsibilities: The AWS Solution Architect role will: Work within an architecture team to: analyse and assess the existing on-premises IT estate. define an alternative hosting strategy within Amazon Web Services develop a roadmap for migration of core services to cloud. define a migration strategy. Provide a level of technical governance to ensure the migration approach is carried out effectively within the tight deadlines. Form part of the ARB (Architecture Review Board). This will be setup to allow the supplier to represent artefacts, designs, patterns, and solutions, this will ensure full and transparent oversight into what is being implemented during the migration. Undertake structured analysis of functional issues and identify alternative architecture. Identify improvements, enhancements, risks and issues. Look for opportunities to define reusable components and patterns Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Deliver on technology where there may be gaps, this could include certain areas or Deliverables not factored in for the supplier, recognised as important later in the project lifecycle (eg. FinOps, Tagging or Operating Models) Maintenance of Confluence site and continuous improvements of the evolving standards and patterns, so our client can ensure we are aligned to AWS best practices.
