    Artifex Interior Systems is pleased to confirm the below opportunity within our business: Accounts Payable Analyst – 6-month FTC Main purpose of the job Responsible for paying supplier invoices on time, ensuring the invoices are processed in an effective, efficient, and timely manner and ensuring the accounts payable ledgers are maintained and reconciled to a high standard, whilst delivering a high level of customer service to both external suppliers and internal customers. Main missions and results • Process supplier invoices by matching to the appropriate GRN and ensure the correct VAT codes are applied. • Ensure invoices without a purchase order are accurately and appropriately approved in line with our delegation of authority. • Liaise with the Plant Financial Controller, Procurement, Goods In & Logistics departments to resolve and process unmatched invoices. • Escalate risks and issues in a timely manner. • Deal with internal and supplier payment queries promptly. • Ensure timely payments to vendors. • Process weekly BACS runs, multiple foreign currency, manual and Proforma payments and submit for approval. • Perform complex supplier statement reconciliations and resolve differences. • Reconcile intercompany ledgers and intercompany query resolution. • Identify surplus GRNI for Finance consideration. • Assist Finance Managers with month and year end accruals. • Assist with other month and year end procedures. • Ensure finance procedures and controls are adhered to within our current working practices. • Provide Accounts Payable support for the company manufacturing locations and support functions. • Ad hoc duties relevant to the department as required (including project support).
    Key performance indicators • Process supplier invoices to daily deadlines and targets. • Invoices paid on time target. • Queries resolved within specific SLA's. • Perform Supplier statement reconciliations to daily deadlines and targets. • Ensure the Month End Close is completed within the allocated deadline. • GRNI >90 days validation target. • We are pleased to confirm the below opportunity within our business: • Accounts Payable Analyst – 6-month FTC • Enabling Services • Key performance indicators (cont.): • All controls performed. Preferred skills and experience • Proven experience working within an accounts payable function. • Substantial experience performing complex reconciliations and resolving differences is essential. • Strong Word and Excel skills (Pivot Tables, LOOKUP, SUMIF etc). • Strong financial and analytical skills. • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a multi-national environment. • Experience in a manufacturing or automotive production environment is preferred but not essential. • Show passion with a ‘can do' attitude. • Good organisational skills. • Positive, flexible attitude. • Self-motivated and enthusiastic.     Artifex Interior Systems is pleased to confirm the below opportunity within our business: Maintenance Stores Controller Main purpose of the job • Ensuring timely identification and purchase of maintenance and technical critical spares • Day to day accountability for all stores-based consumables across a multi building site • Day to day accountability for all spares repairs off site • Manage vending machine systems across a multi building site • Ensuring the stores critical spares database is effectively populated and maintained • Booking in/out of equipment as required through the database • Ensure PPE requirements are in place for all employees • Raising orders, booking in and out of all site maintenance and process consumables • Working with M&E suppliers to provide stock for high turnover, low value consumables Main missions and results • Ensure all Health & Safety and housekeeping procedures are adhered to during daily processes • Ensure cost effective management of critical and technical spares with regards to inventory levels vs lead times and risk scoring • Maintain maintenance and process stock levels to support ongoing manufacturing and scheduled maintenance plans • Raise and track purchase orders for all maintenance requirements and maintain records appropriately • Day to day accountability for all stores-based spares and repairs of equipment • A ‘hands on' shop floor/stores role with excellent communication skills • Excellent organisational skills, a strong sense of urgency with the ability to work under pressure • To control budgets and maintenance spend, reduce stock value and reduce spend year on year. • Conduct quarterly stock taking events to ensure stock levels are accurate • To ensure that all accounts are set up with the suppliers to purchase spares or service contract requirements • Support continuous improvement activities throughout the maintenance store. Preferred skills and experience • Excellent level of English (written and verbal). • Schedule buying within the Automotive industry. • Excellent communication skills. • Maintenance background in similar role desired but not essential. • Negotiation skills with key suppliers. • Purchasing background. • Excellent IT skills (spreadsheets, databases, Outlook, Pirana CMMS desirable).     We have 1x 6-month FTC and 1x 12-month FTC available. Main purpose of the job: • To ensure robust quality planning and execution across new programmes, supporting APQP deliverables and driving quality excellence from concept through to production. The role focuses on proactive quality assurance, auditing, and accountability across programme phases, ensuring that all deliverables meet customer and internal standards.
    Main missions and results • Supporting APQP milestones and ensuring alignment with customer expectations. • Drive quality requirements through ISIR, capability studies, AAR, etc in support of NPI, APQP & PPAP. • Define & optimise measurement techniques to deliver a stable & capable production process utilising SPC and support DOE activities when required. • Support design reviews and prototype builds. • Develop and maintain Control Plans and support D/PFMEA reviews as appropriate • Prepare, review, and audit PPAP submission packs • Champion the use of APIS IQ software for FMEA management and documentation. • Provide training and guidance to cross-functional teams on programme quality expectations and standards • Lead root cause analysis (e.g., 8D) and containment activities for programme-related quality concerns. • Support production team training in relation to the customer expectations and quality requirements. • Full PPAP pack generation • Successful PSW with customer • Robust manufacturing processes launched with relevant quality measures in place to ensure world class performance and delivery
    Preferred skills and experience • Proven experience in Quality Engineering in Automotive 1st Tier. • Degree, HND, HNC, IQA or equivalent. • Previous plastics and/or complex assembly experience preferred. • Strong expertise in Control Plan & PFMEA development and auditing. • Experience using APIS IQ software for PFMEA and Control plans. • Preferred skills and experience (continued): • Proven track record in preparing and reviewing PPAP documentation and control plans. • Comfortable conducting audits and holding cross-functional teams to account. • Solid understanding of APQP, IATF16949, and ISO9001 standards. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and influencing abilities. • Automotive Tier 1 experience preferred. • Exposure to OEMs such as Jaguar Land Rover is a plus Note: this is not an exhaustive list.
