Main missions and results • Define and manage the scope, requirements, and assumptions of assigned pre‑RFQ and pre‑nomination programme(s) / project(s). • Develop timing plans, coordinating cross‑functional inputs to support key milestone objectives defined within GDLS / ProLink. • Support the development, tracking, and reporting of programme commercial inputs, including sales pricing assumptions, tooling concepts, capital investment estimates, and engineering development costs for RFQ and business case purposes. • Ensure programme concepts, assumptions, and deliverables are developed to meet minimum quality, feasibility, and compliance expectations defined for the pre‑nomination phase. • Establish and coordinate Cross‑Functional Team (CFT) activities for assigned programmes, ensuring effective engagement of Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, Launch and Finance as required. • Monitor and coordinate CFT responsibilities related to GDLS / ProLink deliverables, including RASIC alignment and timely completion of assigned pre‑nomination outputs.
    • Maintain a structured and up‑to‑date library of programme evidence and deliverables within ProLink, ensuring traceability and decision‑grade quality. • Act as the primary programme‑level cross‑functional interface between the customer and Artifex teams during pre‑RFQ and pre‑nomination activities. • Develop and maintain Customer / Artifex Statements of Work, Requirements, and Assumptions documentation, ensuring cross‑functional alignment prior to submission or nomination. • Coordinate updates to programme timing and budget assumptions in response to scope changes, customer feedback, or risk evolution, supporting informed decision‑making and controlled change. • Support definition and tracking of key milestones, including customer timing expectations, internal engineering development phases, and technical review points. • Contribute to the development, approval preparation, and monitoring of pre‑nomination financial models, including tool investment forecasts (TAR), capital assumptions (CAR), and engineering development (PDP) estimates, aligned to business case requirements. • Prepare and communicate programme status reporting (timing, cost, risk, concept maturity, and assumptions) to support management reviews, RFQ decisions, and nomination readiness. • Support a structured and evidence‑based handover into Programme Launch teams, ensuring assumptions, risks, open actions, and pre‑nomination learning are clearly documented and understood. Preferred skills and experience: • Bachelor's degree in project and / or Programme Management (preferred), and /or Engineering and/or Business Administration or substantial experience in automotive industry as Programme Manager • Attained a Professional Project / Programme Management accreditation level (IMPA Level C as a minimum, (or equivalent) with a recognised National / International Project Management organisation. • Experience in the automotive industry in programme management within a substantially sized regional or global organisation or extensive experience in automotive industry in project management. • Good working knowledge / understanding industry standards & related procedures. • APQP / PPAP / IATF16949 training or significant experience in automotive industry in project management.
    • Sufficient verbal and written language skills associated to Artifex and the programme / project and operational locations. • English language skills required. • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the customer and within Artifex. Adaptability in the location of work including business travel • Flexibility to change priorities in response to changing programme / project demands. • Excel: Intermediate level user, essentially able to create; manipulate & problem solve graphs and pivot tables.

    • Ensure D/PFMEA intent, key characteristics, control concepts, and open concerns are clearly documented and understood, enabling uninterrupted progression into APQP and industrialisation. • Develop capability in core quality tools, customer requirements, and best practice Advanced Engineering quality methods. • Capture lessons learned from concept development and Proof of Concept activities. Standardise approaches and feed learning into future Advanced Engineering projects to continuously improve front end quality effectiveness. Please note this position will be on a 3-shift rotation, alternating weekly between afternoons (14:00-22:00), mornings (06:00-14:00) and nights (22:00-06:00).
    Main purpose of the job: To act as the on-site Quality representative at the customer facility, providing real-time quality containment, inspection, and problem resolution directly supporting Trackside. The role ensures supplied product meets all customer, specification and quality standard requirements, while rapidly responding to quality concerns, coordinating corrective actions with the supplier plant, and supporting continuous improvement.
    Main missions and results: • Provide immediate on-site containment and drive resolution of internal and external quality issues occurring at the customer facility. • Work closely with customer operators, quality engineers, and team leaders Trackside to align inspection standards and support smooth production flow. • Ensure approved master samples and reference parts are available Trackside and used as the inspection benchmark for production conformity. • Implement, communicate, and verify adherence to Quality Alerts and containment actions on the line. • Escalate quality risks promptly and transparently. • Initiate temporary/permanent fix to quality problems. • Provide timely, accurate feedback to the supplier plant on defects and trends. • Support line trials. • Global 8D reporting – using multifunctional team support. • Support structured problem-solving activities (e.g. 8D). • Identify recurring defects and drive improvement opportunities. • Support refinement of inspection methods, control plans and visual standards. This averages out to 40 hours per week. Main purpose of the job A multi-skilled position working as part of the maintenance team responding to the high demands of the site in terms of general, routine and unplanned maintenance of the plant, equipment and facilities. Rapid response and rectification of problems is critical to ensure that targets are met.
    Main missions and results • Ensure adherence to all Health & Safety procedures. Be proactive in the raising of potential H&S issues and the development of personal safety awareness. • Ensuring all work is carried out in line with company policies and procedures. • Supporting production requirements working on a range of injection moulding machines of varied tonnages, for repairs and problem fault finding. • Adjustments, set-up, maintenance of laser cells, PU cells, assembly and checking automation cells. • Undertake planned service work as requested, supporting the plant start-up and shutdown procedure on a weekend rota. • Installation work and continuous improvement duties around the site is also an important function of this role.

    • Working knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding machinery.

    Artifex Interior Systems is pleased to confirm the below opportunity within our business: Maintenance Stores Controller Main purpose of the job • Ensuring timely identification and purchase of maintenance and technical critical spares • Day to day accountability for all stores-based consumables across a multi building site • Day to day accountability for all spares repairs off site • Manage vending machine systems across a multi building site • Ensuring the stores critical spares database is effectively populated and maintained • Booking in/out of equipment as required through the database • Ensure PPE requirements are in place for all employees • Raising orders, booking in and out of all site maintenance and process consumables • Working with M&E suppliers to provide stock for high turnover, low value consumables Main missions and results • Ensure all Health & Safety and housekeeping procedures are adhered to during daily processes • Ensure cost effective management of critical and technical spares with regards to inventory levels vs lead times and risk scoring • Maintain maintenance and process stock levels to support ongoing manufacturing and scheduled maintenance plans • Raise and track purchase orders for all maintenance requirements and maintain records appropriately • Day to day accountability for all stores-based spares and repairs of equipment • A ‘hands on' shop floor/stores role with excellent communication skills • Excellent organisational skills, a strong sense of urgency with the ability to work under pressure • To control budgets and maintenance spend, reduce stock value and reduce spend year on year. • Conduct quarterly stock taking events to ensure stock levels are accurate • To ensure that all accounts are set up with the suppliers to purchase spares or service contract requirements • Support continuous improvement activities throughout the maintenance store. Preferred skills and experience• Proven experience owning and building or significantly reshaping a maintenance stores operation. • Strong, hands-on experience with CMMS systems (Shire or equivalent).• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in a high-pressure environment.• Deep understanding of inventory control, critical spares management, and maintenance reliability.• Strong communication skills with the confidence to challenge and influence.• Experience supporting large maintenance teams or multi-shift operations.
