    Artifex Interior Systems is pleased to confirm the below opportunity within our business: Injection Mould Setter 3 shift rotation: mornings (06:00-14:00), afternoons (14:00-22:00) and nights (22:00-06:00; Sunday night start-up) Main purpose of the job • Setting tools in presses and their start up in line with production requirements. • Start and Stop Injection Moulding Presses. • Prepare Tools and Equipment in advance of a Tool Change. • Sling and Lift Tools using Cranes. • Presentation of 1st off part to Quality Dept. for 1st off process. • Adhering to Artifex Quality and work procedures. • Set up robot heads and load programmes. • Reporting faults to tool-room / maintenance in accordance with Artifex procedures • Ensure accurate completion of job packs prior to and at Tool Change. • Recording deviations. • Troubleshooting and supporting process improvements as directed by the Process Engineer. • Responsible for safety checks, housekeeping in and around machine areas, routine maintenance checks where specified – always being aware of the safety of other employees. • Participate in SMED activities. • Work to and report KPI targets/results with respect to Tool Change times and OEE data. • Perform colour changes. • Any other projects or tasks assigned to you by management team. Preferred skills and experience • Experience with Injection Moulding, Robots. • Hold or be actively pursuing an NVQ Level 2 in Injection Moulding and Tool Setting.  • NVQ Level 3 would be desirable. • Have an overhead Crane Operation Licence.     Artifex Interior Systems is pleased to confirm the below opportunity within our business: Metrology Technician - 3 shift rotation (mornings, afternoons and nights) Main missions and results • Support Laboratory Manager/Lead and report on key measures.  • Perform measurements using CMM machines/Portable Scanning Arm.  • Write/modify CMM/Scanning Arm programs from information packs including part passports, drawings and cad data as required. • Perform measurements using traditional measurement equipment e.g. micrometers, calipers, slips, DTIs etc.  • Perform/participate in Gauge R&R Studies.  • Perform capability studies.  • Perform physical testing using a variety of test equipment.  • Analyse data using statistical techniques.  • Prepare inspection reports.  • Use problem solving techniques to assist in internal & external quality concerns – using multifunctional team support.  • Working knowledge of quality technician role in all areas of the business.  • Support customer sites as required.  • Assistance in the control and maintenance of measuring/testing equipment and gauges.  • Assistance in the control and maintenance of CMM programs in line with customer requirements.  • Perform annual validation in line with schedule.
    Preferred skills and experience Essential  • Metrology experience.  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings / CAD models.  • Ability to work unsupervised, using your own initiative to achieve objectives.  • Ability to make informed decisions based on data and risk evaluation.  • Ability to work as part of a team.  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.  • Good PC skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Desirable  • Previous experience of using LK Camio software to operate CMM.  • Ability to write/modify CMM programs using LK Camio software.  • Ability to write/modify Portable Arm programs using PC-DMIS. • Ability to review data and generate informative reports.     We are excited to confirm the below opportunity to join our innovative and conscientious team: Main purpose of the roleSitting in our Launch Quality team, the successful Quality Engineer candidate will be responsible for all customer quality and engineering issues, providing pro-active support and response. Experience with core launch tools, in particular APQP and PPAP, are essential for the candidate to lead launch activities and be the main point of contact with the customer regarding all quality issues during the pre-launch phases and into production.
    Role Responsibilities
