    Artifex Interior Systems is pleased to confirm the below opportunity within our business: Business Development Coordinator - 12-month FTC Main purpose of the job The Business Development Coordinator supports the Business Development team in the structured pursuit of new business opportunities and delivery of aggressive growth targets. The role provides high-quality administrative coordination, data accuracy, and process analysis across bid, quotation, tooling, and commercial evaluation activities, ensuring that new business opportunities progress efficiently, transparently, and in line with Artifex governance, quality standards, and values. This role plays a key part in embedding disciplined processes, reliable commercial data, and continuous improvement practices into future Business Development activities, to enable scalable growth. The position interfaces closely with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and external stakeholders to support robust decision-making and successful customer engagements. Main missions and results Business Development Administration ability to problem-solve using structured data. Working knowledge of ERP / MRP systems and understanding of end-to-end commercial or new business processes. Experience supporting quotations, bids, or commercial evaluations is highly desirable. GCSE (or equivalent) minimum grade C in Maths and English, or equivalent demonstrable work experience. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Proactive mindset with a demonstrated interest in process improvement, efficiency, and continuous development. Clear and effective communicator, able to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels internally and externally. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic, growth-focused Business Development environment. Motivation to grow with the organisation and contribute to Artifexs long-term expansion and diversification strategy. Note: this is not an exhaustive list.     Artifex Interior Systems is pleased to confirm the below opportunity within our business: Injection Moulding Setter We have 3 permanent heads available.Please note this position will be on a 3-shift rotation, alternating weekly between afternoons (14:00-22:00), mornings (06:00-14:00) and nights (22:00-06:00). Main missions and results Setting tools in presses and their start up in line with production requirements. Start and Stop Injection Moulding Presses. Prepare Tools and Equipment in advance of a Tool Change. Sling and Lift Tools using Cranes. Presentation of 1st off part to Quality Dept. for 1st off process. Adhering to Artifex Quality and work procedures. Set up robot heads and load programmes. Proactively communicating faults, and collaborating with tool-room/maintenance to support resolution in accordance with Artifex procedures Ensure accurate completion of job packs prior to and at Tool Change. Recording deviations. Troubleshooting and supporting process improvements as directed by the Process Engineer. Responsible for safety checks, housekeeping in and around machine areas, routine maintenance checks where specified always being aware of the safety of other employees. Participate in SMED activities. Work to and report KPI targets/results with respect to Tool Change times and OEE data. Perform colour changes. Support trialling new robotics or moulding methods. Any other projects or tasks assigned to you by management team. Preferred skills and experience Experience with Injection Moulding, Robots is essential for this role. Hold or be actively pursuing an NVQ Level 2 in Injection Moulding and Tool Setting (NVQ Level 3 would be desirable). Hold an Overhead Crane Operation licence and is competent in the safe use of slings and lifting equipment. Note: this is not an exhaustive list.
