Main missions and results • Define and manage the scope, requirements, and assumptions of assigned pre‑RFQ and pre‑nomination programme(s) / project(s). • Develop timing plans, coordinating cross‑functional inputs to support key milestone objectives defined within GDLS / ProLink. • Support the development, tracking, and reporting of programme commercial inputs, including sales pricing assumptions, tooling concepts, capital investment estimates, and engineering development costs for RFQ and business case purposes. • Ensure programme concepts, assumptions, and deliverables are developed to meet minimum quality, feasibility, and compliance expectations defined for the pre‑nomination phase. • Establish and coordinate Cross‑Functional Team (CFT) activities for assigned programmes, ensuring effective engagement of Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, Launch and Finance as required. • Monitor and coordinate CFT responsibilities related to GDLS / ProLink deliverables, including RASIC alignment and timely completion of assigned pre‑nomination outputs.
    • Maintain a structured and up‑to‑date library of programme evidence and deliverables within ProLink, ensuring traceability and decision‑grade quality. • Act as the primary programme‑level cross‑functional interface between the customer and Artifex teams during pre‑RFQ and pre‑nomination activities. • Develop and maintain Customer / Artifex Statements of Work, Requirements, and Assumptions documentation, ensuring cross‑functional alignment prior to submission or nomination. • Coordinate updates to programme timing and budget assumptions in response to scope changes, customer feedback, or risk evolution, supporting informed decision‑making and controlled change. • Support definition and tracking of key milestones, including customer timing expectations, internal engineering development phases, and technical review points. • Contribute to the development, approval preparation, and monitoring of pre‑nomination financial models, including tool investment forecasts (TAR), capital assumptions (CAR), and engineering development (PDP) estimates, aligned to business case requirements. • Prepare and communicate programme status reporting (timing, cost, risk, concept maturity, and assumptions) to support management reviews, RFQ decisions, and nomination readiness. • Support a structured and evidence‑based handover into Programme Launch teams, ensuring assumptions, risks, open actions, and pre‑nomination learning are clearly documented and understood. Preferred skills and experience: • Bachelor's degree in project and / or Programme Management (preferred), and /or Engineering and/or Business Administration or substantial experience in automotive industry as Programme Manager • Attained a Professional Project / Programme Management accreditation level (IMPA Level C as a minimum, (or equivalent) with a recognised National / International Project Management organisation. • Experience in the automotive industry in programme management within a substantially sized regional or global organisation or extensive experience in automotive industry in project management. • Good working knowledge / understanding industry standards & related procedures. • APQP / PPAP / IATF16949 training or significant experience in automotive industry in project management.
    • Sufficient verbal and written language skills associated to Artifex and the programme / project and operational locations. • English language skills required. • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the customer and within Artifex. Adaptability in the location of work including business travel • Flexibility to change priorities in response to changing programme / project demands. • Excel: Intermediate level user, essentially able to create; manipulate & problem solve graphs and pivot tables.

Please note this position will be on a 3-shift rotation, alternating weekly between afternoons (14:00-22:00), mornings (06:00-14:00) and nights (22:00-06:00).
    Main purpose of the job: To act as the on-site Quality representative at the customer facility, providing real-time quality containment, inspection, and problem resolution directly supporting Trackside. The role ensures supplied product meets all customer, specification and quality standard requirements, while rapidly responding to quality concerns, coordinating corrective actions with the supplier plant, and supporting continuous improvement.
    Main missions and results: • Provide immediate on-site containment and drive resolution of internal and external quality issues occurring at the customer facility. • Work closely with customer operators, quality engineers, and team leaders Trackside to align inspection standards and support smooth production flow. • Ensure approved master samples and reference parts are available Trackside and used as the inspection benchmark for production conformity. • Implement, communicate, and verify adherence to Quality Alerts and containment actions on the line. • Escalate quality risks promptly and transparently. • Initiate temporary/permanent fix to quality problems. • Provide timely, accurate feedback to the supplier plant on defects and trends. • Support line trials. • Global 8D reporting – using multifunctional team support. • Support structured problem-solving activities (e.g. 8D). • Identify recurring defects and drive improvement opportunities. • Support refinement of inspection methods, control plans and visual standards. Preferred skills and experience: • ONC (or equivalent) in Q/C Techniques. • In depth familiarity with customer requirements and quality standards. • Working knowledge of FMEA's and control plans. • Understanding of IATF16949 and ISO 9001 standards. • Process & Product Audit experience. • X-rite colour measurement. • APQP understanding. • Ability to understand engineering drawings. • Good communicator at all levels within the business. • PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project. • Able to generate informative and accurate data. • Team player.     Main missions and results • Maintenance of all electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on all machinery, robotics, lasers, ancillary, material handling equipment to maintain efficiency and utilisation of 95%. • Assist in implementing and maintaining proactive maintenance systems for PPM and TPM. • Route cause analysis to identify issues and provide 1st time fixes to reduce downtime. • Fault finding and repair on electrical issues and mechanical faults on hydraulics and pneumatics. • Effective and timely response to all breakdowns. • Adhere to all company HSE policies and procedures at all times. • Comply with LOTO procedures at all times. • Recommend improvements to equipment and processes to enhance quality and productivity. • Perform safety checks on all machines. • Perform routine preventative maintenance checks on all production equipment and machinery. • Replace and repair parts on machines such as bearings, filters, wiring, valves, gauges and switches. • Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments. • Replace electrical parts and equipment as required. • Observe and listen to mechanical devices in operation to locate causes of trouble. • Dismantle machinery to gain access to and remove defective parts. • Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements. • Repair or replace defective parts. • Lubricate and clean parts as required. • Start machinery to test their performance. • Implement Continuous improvement activities to assist cost down at all times. • Any other projects or tasks assigned to you by management as required. • Shift working and flexibility essential.     • Demonstrate effective time management. • Experienced in Robotics. specifically, ABB 6 Axis robot / Fanuc  and PLC Programming. • Knowledge of Quality systems such as IATF16949 / ISO 9000 a distinct advantage. • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. • Team player- flexible on colleague cover and working outside normal hours. • Prepared to accommodate emergency call out (within reasonable parameters). • Understanding of IATF16949/ISO9001 Quality standards. Main missions and results • Reading of Sorion scripts to fault find. • Sorion process additions/alterations (example MY changes). • Overall understanding of the full Sorion system. • Understanding of changes within Sorion. • S21 into Sorion (BoMs). • Maintenance of updated Sorion scripts and backups. • Ability to create Sorion working sets for development. • Ability to implement Sorion working set through a CR (Change Request). • Setting up of scanning and printing. • Understanding of Orion Database. • Reading of PLC code to fault find (Siemens). • Assistance to support functions for problem resolution on PLCs. • Manual movement and recovery of a robot. • Understanding of error messages for fault finding on robotics. • Understanding of effect of change to vision system. • Management of master settings (vision/sensors). • Understanding of setting of: colour sensors, part presence sensors, fixed barcode and RFID readers, and EOL camera systems. • Reading of PTL (Pick to Light) scripts to fault find. • Process additions/alterations to PTL (Pick to Light - example MY changes). • Understanding of changes to PTL (Pick to Light) within Sorion. • Maintenance of PTL (Pick to Light) updated scripts and backups. • Understanding of how Kepware works with Sorion. • Ability to log onto Kepware server to fault find. • Ability to update Kepware system for additions/changes. • Ability to fault find and resolve issues within Eaton System. • Program new part numbers to positions in Eaton System (MY Changes and New Launch). Preferred skills and experience • Significant experience in an automotive and engineering environment. • Robotic awareness trained for movement, recovery and fault finding (ABB, Nachi and Fanuc).
    • Knowledge of PLC programming and fault finding through to fix. • Programming and fault-finding knowledge within Sorion, Orion and Kepware. • Audits - ISO19011 training or proven experience in automotive production sector (ISO/TS 16949, IATF16949, VDA). • Clear understanding and able to apply PFMEA logic to identify and manage risk/feasibility. • Knowledge of: • Keyence and Omron Vision, Camera and Sensor Systems. • Eaton System programming and fault finding through to fix. • ECR (Engineering Change Request) Processes. • Knowledge of and execution of Practical Problem Solving (Six Sigma Methodology). • PCR (Process Change Request) Processes. • Waterjet machines and robotics. • Key controlling documents (PFMEA, Control Plan and SOI's). • Knowledge and Understanding of Launch Process (Gateways).
