As part of our exciting expansion and investment plans, we are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to help develop and deliver a successful marketing strategy for growth, in all areas of our business. This is an important key appointment for the company, which will provide exciting opportunities for career growth and development. The successful individual will be working strategically with the Board of Directors, who will actively support them to achieve their goals and ambitions.The ideal candidate should have experience in a commercial marketing management role and have wide knowledge of modern marketing techniques and the successful implementation of digital marketing campaigns and strategies. You will have responsibility for the development and implementation of company marketing objectives, plans and strategy to achieve sales growth in new and existing markets. You will be proactive, self-motivated and enjoy the challenge of promoting products and concepts to targeted, vibrant and ever-changing sectors of the market. Role Liaising with senior management and sales teams to develop and implement a companywide marketing plan Development and promotion of new and existing product ranges via all sales channels; Retail, Distribution and Specification Prioritising marketing activities to maximise opportunities. Development and implementation of a digital marketing strategy Ensuring that the company's portfolio of products is positioned correctly in the market Ensure company brand is strong and consistent across all sectors of the business Responsibility for the management and continuous ongoing development of the company website Continual assessment of market and consumer trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategy when and where necessary. Manage, mentor and motivate marketing and sales teams. Formally present company products and services to sales teams and customers Periodically visit customers to assess and analyse each market. Organise and attend national and international exhibitions and trade fairs, as a customer and supplier, when necessary. Organise and attend company events and presentations with prospective customers. Criteria 3 years managerial experience or related managerial or qualification, and a proven background in marketing & sales. Commercially creative Strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques Experience of developing and implementing an effective marketing strategy Passion for product development, promotion and sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience of digital marketing campaigns and ability to exploit all social media channels to create brand and product awareness and maximise sales growth Experience of website management and developmentStrong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional approach.Numerate and analytical with attention to detail.Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a wider team environment.Excellent organisational and time management skills.
