Mission As an Account Manager in London, you will be in charge of the entire organization of our private sales events in the showroom, from the operational planning to the end of sale reporting with the brand partner.A true Arlettie ambassador, you will be the privileged interlocutor of our partner Houses and our operational teams to make each event a success in terms of turnover and customer satisfaction.Your responsibilities will include:·       The organization of the sale in coordination with the brand:·       Marketing and defining invitations according to the breakdown of customer files·       Analysis of the product offer·       Study of price positioning and product segmentation·       Define the zoning and merchandising for the offer·       Define the sales objectives (transformation rate and turnover) in coordination with management.Follow-up and management of the sale:·       Brief our field teams on all aspects of the event: Logistics/Inventory, offer, collection, policy/price, merchandising and daily turnover objectives.·       Real-time relay with all the back-office teams (management, marketing, HR…) and field teams (floor manager and customer service).·       Follow up on turnover and objectives·       Implementation of correct measures after analysis of sales indicators,·       Proposal of marketing actions to optimize conversion rates and turnover in agreement with the brand partner·       Daily brand reporting-               Indicator analysis and sales reporting·       Reporting detailed sales statistics to the brand partner·       Sales marketing report·       Proposal for new operations (event dates, sale structure, location, and commission rate) Profil Coming from a business school background, you justify a similar experience in commercial or merchandising with at least two years in the luxury and fashion industry.A true entrepreneur, you will be responsible for the operating result of each sale and for maintaining your budget. You will be able to manage the sale organisation as a whole (marketing, logistics, team) by solving event-specific solutions and working well under pressure.Smiling, dynamic, enthusiastic, persevering, you are concerned with providing quality service at every sale stage. Mission About the jobJoin our Arlettie team and embark on a global journey, organizing exclusive private sales around the world for one of the most iconic luxury brand. There will be approximately 7 to 10 sales per year, each lasting around 15 days. When you are not travelling, you may be asked to support sales activities at your local showroom.We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and experienced Cashier Manager to join our global Arlettie team. Mission The Membership Developer will have the primary responsibility of driving the growth of Arlettie’s VIP and Membership clubs. Profile Membership Development & Growth·      Grow the membership base by converting new and existing clients across all sales channels (on-site, phone, online).·      Support membership loyalty and renewal initiatives.·      Promote all membership tiers (Member & VIP), actively encouraging upgrades to drive business growth.

    Showroom Experience & Operations·      Oversee the external welcome area, ensuring service quality is in line with Arlettie and the brand partner standards.·      On-site coordination: Supervise security teams, optimise signage, and support the training of Hostesses in collaboration with management.·      Promote Membership and VIP benefits, supporting conversion and upgrade initiatives.·      Work closely with the Floor Manager to optimise the Member and VIP customer journey.·      Handle client disputes or dissatisfaction in accordance with quality procedures, with a focus on satisfaction, conversion, and loyalty.·      Ensure stock control and consistency of all operational, signage, and commercial materials.

    Commercial Campaigns & Phoning·      Contribute to the design and planning of membership campaigns.·      Conduct and lead phoning campaigns focused on conversion and loyalty.

    Customer Service·      Ensure the seamless management of online membership requests.·      Support customer service interactions across all channels according to activity levels and objectives set by the Manager.

    Training & Recruitment·      Contribute to employee training and team skill development.·      Support recruitment activities when required, in collaboration with the Manager. Read Less
