Part of this development will provide housing to those with additional support needs who will require Care & Support packages.We are now looking for Full time Support Workers to help us deliver these new Support Packages.You will be joining our amazing team of Support Workers who already operate the small outreach service that is situated in Dedridge.Our support workers support our people using a person centred approach to live in their own homes and to live their lives to their full potential and be included in the community.Livingston Service already supports 3 people out in the community in their own homes. Some of these supported people need 24 hour support and others only need short periods of support.There will be 3 new Supported People requiring 24 hour care with a variety of complex needs (including Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health an Epilepsy) joining the service.We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated individuals however experience is preferred but not essential.
