The support we offer differs from person to person which means being a support worker offers lots of variety. Some people are supported to live independently in their own homes while others stay with their families. Everyone is supported to say what they want their support to be like and what they’d like to achieve. This can vary from support to cook meals, go swimming, take medication, do arts and crafts, go to visit their friends or go on holiday. Shifts are varied and can be from 3 – 16 hours over 7 days a week. Dunfermline has great public transport links so being able to drive is not essential to work with us.
