Although this is a casual role; we are looking for someone who is available to work all of the racedays in the 2026 season along with 2 set up days and 1 breakdown day around the event days. This role will also offer the successful applicant work during March to enable the set up of the site ready for the season. 
    As a Retail Cellar Supervisor your day to day duties will involve:
    • Reporting to site supervisor/manager for general instruction.
    • The movement of both stock and equipment internally on site.
    • Keeping the site tidy, presentable and safe.
    • Receiving and recording deliveries.
    • Cellar maintenance including changing barrels.
    • Line Cleaning.
    • Moving kegs.
    • Stock taking.
    • Setting rooms in preparation for race days and events.
    As a Retail Cellar Supervisor you must be:
    • Physically fit as this role requires heavy lifting and long hours on foot.
    • Ability to work all of the event days as described.
    • Have a positive attitude.
    • Knowldge of COSHH and Cellar Management.
    • Have a desire to work in the hospitality industry.
    • Must be 18 or over due to the nature of the position.
    • A full driving licence would be an advantage.
