  FishnChickn, Shift Supervisor, CambournePart Time / Full Time£12.21 - £13.21 an hourA Shift Supervisor position is the first step in
  Management within The Chesterford Group. It will involve working closely with
  the Management team to operate the store in accordance with our values and
  behaviours by preparing and cooking all our products whilst maintaining a high
  level of quality food and service. They are always responsible for the staff
  well-being when they are running a shift and are responsible for cash
  management, stock control and ordering, when needed.This role offers the successful candidate a fantastic start in
  working within our company and being able to grow and further your career,
  gaining more responsibility and developing into a true Fish and Chip SuperHero.
  
  
  
  Your responsibilities will include supporting the preparation and cooking of
  all menu items, positive team management , health and safety, banking, security
  and hygiene. You will work closely with your stores management team to maximise
  store turnover and profitability in an ethical manner.
  
  
  
  
  
  Main Responsibilities:
   To prepare and
  cook all menu items in line with demand and to a high standard using a variety
  of equipment and tools in a fun, vibrant and busy kitchen environment. To assemble
  orders via liaising with your team for takeaway, click & collect via our
  ‘My Chippy’ app and delivery Assisting Managers to prepare food Supporting good food hygiene practices To ensure all stock levels are correct and to liaise with Head Office Store Management development on Sunday’s

  Delivery Driver, Location; FishnChickn/Churchill's,/ Bankers£10.30 - £12.50 an hour Delivery Drivers are mainly responsible for the timely delivery of orders to predetermined customers, reviewing orders prior to delivery, maintaining standards of food quality. Delivery Drivers are the main face for the company therefore must always maintain a high level of quality, service and cleanliness, taking care to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  We provide the vehicle & insurance for the sole purpose of delivering to our customers.
  
  Main Responsibilities:- The successful candidate needs to have held a full current clean driving license for a minimum of 1 year
  - To uphold a positive brand image and provide excellent customer service at all times
  - Deliver orders to customers in a timely fashion
  - Delivering products safely and securely, avoiding unnecessary risks by adhering to road safety laws at all times
  - Delivery Drivers are responsible at all times for the Team they are working with by ensuring each other’s safety by following the company’s health and safety procedures as laid out in their staff induction

  At Fish’n’Chick’n, our journey began way back in the early 1920s when Great Grandpa Harold, and wife Dorothy painstakingly saved all the money he earned from mining and playing amateur cricket for Accrington and moved from the north to Essex to buy their first ever fish and chip shop in in Romford, in 1923. Three generations of our family later, it’s safe to say we’re fish and chip super geeks through and through!
