    What You'll Be Doing

    About the role:As a Resident Engineer you will be our clients first point of contact on-site, being responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and general building services support. Tasks include:Emergency lighting & lamp changesElectrical & fire alarm testingFault finding and repairs (mechanical and electrical)Minor plumbing and fabric maintenanceEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulationsDelivering excellent service to our clientsYou’ll work independently with the support of a wider team, helping to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant facility.

At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part time In-store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Leeds Colton store on a permanent basis. 18 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21.Immediate start is available.Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week and here at Arcus we offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Our shift patterns consist of early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is Sunday: Day OffMonday:05:00 - 08:00Tuesday:05:00 - 08:00Wednesday: 05:00 - 08:00Thursday:05:00 - 08:00Friday:05:00 - 08:00Saturday:05:00 - 08:00 You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime. Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury’s supermarkets clean and safe for its customers. Cleaners will complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within our Sainsburys stores. Tasks will consist of but are not limited to:Operating machinery Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean. At times you could be in-store cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or even oven canopiesAt other times you could be working outside keeping trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debrisEnsure all health and safety procedures are applied Arcus will support you through full training What will you need? Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on the job training will be suppliedAn eye for detail and cleanliness A positive attitude to cleaning and customer servicePlease note that you will need to provide a smartphone that has NFC capability to access our Arcus Connect App that we use for recording time and attendance.
