We are seeking an Account Support Co-ordinator, based at our Milton Keynes office on a permanent basis. The role will focus on managing a high volume of client-generated quotes and estimates, working closely with the customer to reduce volumes through effective engagement.You will support the Account Manager in delivering the agreed client contract, ensuring all performance targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.
What You'll Be Doing
Proactively review client-generated quotes and estimates, ensuring effective communication with Branch Managers to obtain approval for site-specific requirements.Support the management and effective operation of the CE process.Act as the primary escalation point on behalf of the client, ensuring SLAs are achievable and aligned with contractual commitments.Monitor outstanding work order volumes and manage associated tasks to ensure timely progression.Influence and collaborate with client representatives to drive a culture of continuous improvement and strengthen working relationships.Chase and escalate issues related to work order volumes with suppliers, ensuring resolution is achieved promptly.Facilitate clear, consistent communication between the client and suppliers.Provide ad hoc support to the wider team, including system updates and data changes, particularly during peak periods (following appropriate training).Support the creation and maintenance of reports that track quote expenditure and demonstrate supplier costs.Identify and raise trends, such as high levels of quote or estimate rejections for specific contractors.Assist with month-end reporting by preparing detailed breakdowns of work order spend associated with quotes and estimates that have been paid.Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
