We are seeking a dedicated professional to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a defined portfolio, ensuring top-quality service delivery and first-line response to emergencies.£35,834 or £41,210 (depending on experience)Full door-to-door payUp to 4% bonusAll overtime paid at time-and-a-halfCompany Van (with option for personal use from day 1)25 days annual leave + bank holiday equivalentOngoing training & development opportunities at our National Training Centre
What You'll Be Doing
Performing planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systemsDiagnosing and resolving faults in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipmentEnsuring compliance with health & safety regulationsProviding technical support and expertise across multiple sitesLiaising with customers to deliver outstanding serviceSupporting and mentoring apprentices and junior engineers
What We're Looking For
Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenancePrevious experience in a similar role (retail or commercial experience preferred)Valid UK driving licence (essential)Qualifications: 18th Edition, F-Gas, Test & InspectionStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyIT proficiency and ability to manage workload effectivelyAdditional Information:This is a field-based role, requiring travel between client sitesOn-call duty required (1 in 4 weeks)Further Benefits:Generous pension scheme (up to 6% matched contributions)Life assurance, vouchers & gym discountsIf you’re ready to take the next step in your career with a company that values expertise, teamwork, and professional growth, we want to hear from you!
