About The Role: We're looking for a motivated Barback who is friendly, personable and passionate about all things' food and drink to join our Bar team at one of London's most exciting venues - Arcade Tottenham Court Road! This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone seeking to develop their skills with full and ongoing support. As a Barback at Arcade Tottenham Court Road, you will be responsible for ensuring the guest experience is always the very best. The successful candidate will: Assist with opening and closing the bar, completing relevant checklists and adhering to SOPs Carry out bar mise en place Support bartenders in service Operate glass wash machines, and ensure glassware is well polished and replenished Replenish stock before, during and after service, using best stock practises to ensure smooth services Assist the Bartenders were necessary to ensure the highest standards of guest service Ensure the cellar is stocked and kept clean at all times Attend briefings, meetings and training sessions Report low stock, health and safety issues and faulty equipment to the Bar Manager We'd love to hear from you if you: Bring experience in a similar role delivering high standard bar service Are a creative thinker with a can-do attitude Bring excellent communication and rapport building skills Bring strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
