Asset Operations Assistants are required to assist with the day-to-day preparations of vehicles / assets including preparation of used sales stock and maintaining a rental line, with an expectation of engaging with both customers and colleagues, to ensure we achieve an optimum sales stock and rental fleet utalisation. In-Checks Greet customers or agencies returning rental or used sales vehicles. Conduct thorough check-in inspections, documenting all relevant asset information. Capture and record any damages with photographs, in line with company and BVRLA standards. Update the vehicle movement log to reflect asset status and location. Out-Checks Greet customers or agencies collecting rental or sold vehicles. Perform detailed check-out inspections, ensuring all asset details are recorded. Photograph and document any pre-existing damages. Update the vehicle movement log accordingly. Yard Movements Relocate vehicles within the yard to optimise space and access. Ensure safe and efficient movement of both rental and sales stock. Collection
