This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced educators ready to lead lessons, support learning across KS1KS2, and take on wider responsibilities that contribute to pupil progress. The Role HLTA (Primary) As a HLTA, you will step into a lead role when neededdelivering pre-planned lessons, supporting groups of pupils, and collaborating with class teachers to reinforce pupil learning. Youll work across Key Stage 1 and 2, delivering lessons and maintaining the schools high standards for education and care.
