    Oversee all payroll functions for designated countries, ensuring payrolls are processed within agreed timelines, including any off-cycle payroll activities. Ensure payroll controls and checks are completed, signed off on time, and governance procedures are followed. Manage and investigate customer complaints appropriately, taking necessary remediation actions and providing feedback. Ensure timely identification of Risk Events, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Provide support to HR Operations teams, ensuring that daily tasks are completed within service level agreements (SLAs), systems are administered effectively, and business requirements are implemented efficiently.     Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage key reward processes, including the annual pay review, annual incentive plan, and UK and International benefits enrolment. Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to align reward initiatives with our overall People Strategy.     Proven experience in managing pay and bonus cycles within a multinational organisation. Strong business partnering experience, working with HR and senior leadership to create effective reward solutions. Expertise in managing global benefits providers, including renewals, retendering, and supplier performance management. Deep understanding of UK benefits and the latest trends in flexible benefits design. Strong knowledge of reward fundamentals, including job evaluation, pay benchmarking, incentive plans, and recognition programmes. Experience working with compensation and benefits systems.

    The Role:
    Designing and implementing data pipelines and models, ensuring data quality and integrity. Solving challenging data integration problems, utilising optimal patterns, frameworks, query techniques, sourcing from vast and varying data sources. Building, maintaining, and optimising our Data Warehouse to support reporting and analytics needs. Collaborating with product managers, business stakeholders and engineers to understand the data needs, representing key data insights in a meaningful way. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data modelling, database development, and analytics. Optimising pipelines, frameworks, and systems to facilitate easier development of data artifacts.

    You will be successful if you have:

    A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in building data pipelines, models and maintaining Data Warehouses for reporting and analytics. Strong skills in SQL, Python, problem-solving and data analysis. Deep Experience with Snowflake and AWS Deep Experience with dbt. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. An eagerness to learn and collaborate with others, learn quickly and able to work with little supervision.
