    We seek an experienced Engineering Manager to lead one of our software development teams and drive technical excellence across our engineering organization. This leadership position will be responsible for managing high-performing development teams while contributing to architectural decisions and technology strategy, with a focus on delivering scalable solutions using modern cloud technologies and development frameworks.
    Your Impact

    Your Qualifications
    Proven years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in engineering management roles Strong hands-on experience with .NET framework and .NET Core/5+ development Proven experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js Extensive experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure or AWS services Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performance engineering teams of 5+ developers Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and microservices design Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code Excellent technical problem-solving and system design skills Strong leadership abilities with experience in team building, mentoring, and performance management Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern development practices Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

    Your Role
    Lead the design and delivery of complex connected planning solutions. Translate business problems, models, and spreadsheets into scalable Anaplan solutions. Work closely with customer teams to optimise and future-proof business processes. Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing clear updates and actionable feedback. Act as the architectural SME across large-scale deployments and high-value projects. Support pre-sales activity through solution design, estimation, and customer presentations. Coach, mentor, and support the growth of other consultants and solution architects across the business. Produce detailed and comprehensive model documentation. Support data integration and migration activities.
    Your Qualifications
