Role Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a top 50 UK law firm within its nationally recognised Employment team. The team advises a broad client base ranging from PLCs to SMEs, delivering pragmatic and commercially focused employment law and HR advice. Based in London, you will play a key role in a growing office, working closely with senior stakeholders, leadership teams and colleagues across the firm. The work is varied and fast-paced, covering both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, alongside corporate support on transactions including acquisitions, disposals and TUPE-related issues.
Candidate Profile/Experience needed Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years’ PQE in employment law
Strong experience across a wide range of employment matters including tribunals, unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing
Experience advising on restructures, redundancies and strategic HR issues
Exposure to transactional support work including TUPE and due diligence
Experience drafting and negotiating service agreements and settlement agreements
Commercial, pragmatic and client-focused approach
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
