    The ideal candidate will: Be a qualified Solicitor with a solid grounding in commercial property litigation since qualification and consider it a key area of expertise. As a guide our client is looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience. Ideally have experience in areas such as service charge disputes, lease renewals (1954 Act), insolvency in a property context, overage disputes, professional negligence, rent reviews, break options, dilapidations, possession claims and exit strategies. Be comfortable working closely with colleagues across multiple offices and practice areas. Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Be confident engaging with a diverse client base, including health and social care organisations. Have a clear understanding of, and commitment to, data security and compliance requirements.
