    Location : Manchester Working pattern : Full-time Salary - £26,000 per annum About the role This is a hands-on, people-facing role at the heart of our Manchester HQ. As Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for creating a genuinely welcoming environment for colleagues, clients, and visitors across our five-storey office. You'll keep things running smoothly day to day from managing reception and meeting rooms to supporting internal events and wellbeing initiatives while acting as a visible ambassador for our culture and values. What you'll be doing Welcoming visitors, clients, and colleagues professionally and ensuring a positive first impression at all times Maintaining reception and communal areas to a consistently high standard across all five floors Managing visitor sign-in processes in line with health and safety requirements Answering incoming calls and directing queries promptly and professionally Managing office supplies, including stationery, refreshments, and breakfast items Coordinating incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services Overseeing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared, presentable, and equipped Acting as the key point of contact for facilities queries, liaising with building management and external suppliers Supporting office operations, wellbeing initiatives, and internal events Providing ad hoc administrative support to teams as required Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the workplace and client experience What you'll bring Previous experience in a reception, front of house, or office management role Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment Experience coordinating meetings, events, or office operations Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence using Microsoft Office and general office systems Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine interest in delivering great service Desirable Customer service training or relevant professional development Experience in facilities coordination or workplace operations What's on offer A varied, people-facing role at the centre of a busy professional office The opportunity to shape the workplace experience at our Manchester HQ A collaborative, inclusive team culture with a focus on colleague wellbeing Additional information We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace and welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds and experiences.
