You will be an enthusiastic individual who will be responsible for processing and dispatching of sales orders/parts orders to their UK & European market. Responsibilities: Entering sales orders onto the system Converting quotations from CRM to their stock system Picking and processing orders Liaising with procurement department on out-of-stock items Monitoring status of goods and informing customers of any delays Arranging packaging of goods with dispatch department Arranging export freight of goods and internal intercompany transfers Personal requirements: Strong typing and data entry skills, with strong experience working with high volume of data Experience working with shared Inbox and proactively responding to queries received A confident individual with strong communication skills, able to quickly build good rapport with colleagues as well as customers Experience working in fast-paced environments, where priories can change at any time Hours: 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
