In this exciting position, you'll support a busy nationwide organisation, providing ongoing support for client queries, updating records and organising remedial works. Support will be provided through a range of medias, including over the phone, via email and live web-chat. What you’ll be doing: Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and web chat Handle enquiries efficiently and resolve any issues with professionalism and care Keep customer records accurate and up to date using the in-house CRM Support general administration and communication within the team What we’re looking for: Previous customer service or call centre experience (essential) A positive attitude and a passion for problem-solving Great communication skills and attention to detail You must hold a British Passport, or hold British Citizenship, due to security checks. Hours: Rotating Shift Pattern Monday to Friday (8:30-17:00, 9:00-17:30, 9:30, 18:00) Salary: £26,500 (With a great benefits package!)
