About You We're looking for someone who is passionate about improving the lives of children and young people and who has the leadership skills to build and inspire successful teams. Essential Previous experience as a Registered Manager , or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into registration. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or currently working towards it). Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards. Proven experience leading teams within children's residential care. Excellent safeguarding knowledge. Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills. Full UK driving licence.
