Testing & Validation Lead functional, performance, and failover testing for data centre infrastructure.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper validation of hardware, network, and software components.Conduct pre- and post-migration testing to verify data integrity and system performance.Establish a robust disaster recovery (DR) and failover testing process. Stakeholder Management & Reporting Work closely with Project Managers, Infrastructure Engineers, and Security Teams.Provide regular quality reports to senior management and project sponsors.Facilitate lessons learned sessions post-migration to improve future initiatives. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight Ensure adherence to industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).Work with auditors to validate compliance and security controls.Document all quality procedures, incidents, and resolutions for audit readiness.Proven experience as a Quality Lead/Manager in data centre migrations or upgrades.
    Strong understanding of data centre architectures, cloud integrations, and infrastructure components.
    Experience with ITIL, ISO 27001, COBIT, and other IT governance frameworks.
    Expertise in QA methodologies, performance testing, and security validation.
    Strong risk management and change management skills.
    Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
    Excellent stakeholder management, reporting, and documentation abilities.ITIL, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, PMP, or Prince2 certifications are a plus. Experience with cloud-based data centres (AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial.
