    Twitch connects creators and communities across Europe through live, interactive entertainment. As a Twitch Senior Account Executive, you will own relationships with local/regional agency groups and multinational brands. You’ll architect creator-led, cross-country programs that blend media, branded content, live activations, and (where relevant) commerce, ensuring consistency at scale with local cultural nuance.

    You combine commercial rigor, cultural intelligence, and operational excellence. You influence planning cycles, align country teams, and navigate complex matrices to launch programs that are brand-safe, insight-led, and proven to work across markets.




    Key job responsibilities
    •Own senior regional relationships; educate and evangelize Twitch across agency networks and top multinational advertisers;
    • Design and sell pan-regional creator programs (multi-country streamer rosters, live tentpoles, content franchises, extensions into social);
    • Build the operating plan: budget structures, country allocations, measurement frameworks, and case study pathways;
    • Partner with local Twitch/Ads AEs/ADM’s to land deals, localize creator selection, and ensure compliant execution per market norms;
    • Provide guidance on brand safety/suitability, creator vetting, rights/usage, and disclosures; anticipate regional policy differences;
    • Understand how EMEA Agency hubs operate and influence centrally planned, centrally bought media campaigns;
    • Align with Ad Tech/Amazon DSP, Creative Strategy, Research/Insights, and Events to deliver full-funnel solutions and ROI;
    • Represent Twitch at industry forums and client summits; publish regional POVs and analysis to unlock new briefs;
    • Think big and act – deliver award worthy ideas and operationalize into custom campaigns across EMEA whilst navigating complexity and ambiguity;


    About the team
    The Twitch team operates at a regional scale, partnering closely with local markets and Amazon Ads key stakeholders. We prize strategic thought leadership, crisp execution, and a builder’s mindset to push what’s possible in live and creator-led advertising.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Significant experience in international media or creator/influencer sales, including multi-market campaign leadership and senior executive engagement;
    - Proven record designing and delivering cross-country, creator-led programs with clear KPIs and post-campaign measurement;
    - Robust agency-network and enterprise advertiser relationships across EMEA; comfort influencing annual planning and JBP-style roadmaps;
    - Mastery of modern video/social ecosystem and creator economy mechanics (briefing, contracts, usage rights, performance);
    - Proven written/verbal communication in English; ability to navigate ambiguity in a matrixed environment.
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Platform-side or deep partnership experience with Twitch, TikTok, YouTube/YouTube Gaming, StreamElements or similar creator-led solutions;
    - Familiarity with live commerce and shoppable formats; experience integrating creator content across channels;
    - Additional European languages; experience building repeatable playbooks and regional enablement for local sales teams;
    - Thought-leadership presence (panels, whitepapers, POVs) on creator marketing, live streaming, or gaming culture.

    Our Amazon DSP team is looking for a Senior Programmatic Solutions Consultant to join Amazon Ads growing team based in London.

    As a Senior Programmatic Solutions Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end experience of our enterprise customer, known as programmatic trading desks. You will drive success by developing customer expertise in our programmatic advertising DSP. The Programmatic Solutions Consultant has experience in advertising technology and the programmatic advertising domain, and is leveraging this expertise to help our customers meet and exceed their business objectives. In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with programmatic traders at agencies/advertisers, as well as Amazon Ads internal sales, product, and support teams to address customer needs.


    Key job responsibilities
    - Owning the relationship with programmatic trading desks and their senior leadership, engaging with multiple customer organizational levels to understand business objectives
    - Providing services such as onboarding, trade desk support plans, feature training, continuous product usage consultation, and industry best practices
    - Analyzing and interpreting data to identify improvement areas, root causes, and formulate enablement and adoption recommendations
    - Driving the evolution of Amazon DSP by assisting customers with product beta participation, capturing customer feedback, and collaborating closely with cross-functional Amazon teams (Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and Specialists)
    - Defining and improving processes and tools for the Programmatic Solutions Consultant team to better serve customers

    A day in the life
    - A typical PSC engagement with our customers could include onboarding new traders, delivering trainings on new product features, assisting a customer with a beta feature, consulting in business strategy and planning discussions, providing oversight in execution of campaign strategy, developing campaign optimization recommendations and monitoring their impact, conducting deep dives to determine root causes of issues and informing customers of the best course of action.

    - You will advocate for customer in internal forums, provide troubleshooting support and triage when needed, and simplify and propagate customer feedback to inform product and services design. PSCs operate as trusted advisors to customers every day, and ensure customers gradually develop into a proficient users of our DSP, who see Amazon DSP as their preferred means to their goals.

    - You will be passionate about understanding customer objectives, and address them using our book of services and engagement best practices, to drive adoption of Amazon technologies. Your ownership, curiosity, and domain knowledge will allow you to comprehensively understand the details of our offerings and be able to speak to these to our customers with passion, authority, empathy, and clarity.
    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis
    - Experience with annual brand and media planning
    - Experience (technical and operational) with multiple domain areas of programmatic advertising technologies (DSP, RTB, bid shading, machine learning optimization, ad verification, ad tracking, ad attribution, etc.)
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
