    Technical Consultation & Implementation: Guide customers through onboarding and optimization of LEO satellite services for remote operations, IoT connectivity, and distributed locations. Collaborate with TAMs and Solution Architects to troubleshoot issues, educate on network capabilities, and translate technical concepts into business value propositions.

    Account Growth & Program Management: Identify expansion opportunities across new locations, use cases, and service upgrades. Monitor customer health metrics, drive adoption to maximize ROI, and accelerate implementation through education and enablement programs.

    Industry Expertise & Collaboration: Understand connectivity needs across industries and demonstrate how Amazon Leo enables digital transformation and competitive advantage.
