    We are looking for an experienced marketing leader to own the marketing strategy and execution for Amazon Music in Europe (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES) and Australia/New Zealand.     The Video Delivery Scaling team is looking for a Technical Business Developer to lead our video delivery expansion and scale in Europe, to support our future growth for live events and VOD (video on demand).

    You will become a trusted advisor and a subject matter expert on regional capacity planning and delivery scaling/build out for Prime Video. You will have a strong understanding of CDN, be familiar with peering and transit negotiations, ideally with personal experience managing business relationships and completing or overseeing similar negotiations in prior roles. You ideally will have worked for a large-scale content provider or a Content Delivery Network (CDN) in a similar role. You will have experience and knowledge of the inner workings and critical components of a successful embedded caching program and video delivery technology.

    Key job responsibilities
    - Engage with CDN and ISP partners, establish relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure our customers have the bandwidth they need to view the content they want, whenever and wherever they are

A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is key. The role requires versatility in supporting a diverse portfolio of projects with a focus on unscripted series, but ranging from movies and series rather than a single genre. The candidate will be comfortable working across various formats and production types to support Amazon MGM's broad content offering.

    Key job responsibilities
    • Support multiple projects in development and production, through delivery and launch;
    • Coordinate with show producers, production teams and creative executives in budget and production meetings;
    • Works with internal departments and production companies on production safety, security, insurance, child labour, immigration, visa, travel, and tax issues;
    • Is on-set when necessary to evaluate work-flow, budgets and potential problems both domestically and abroad (as needed);
    • Analyse budgets and cost reports;
    • Works with post-production to insure delivery of all required assets;
    • Coordination with other internal departments such as creative, marketing, press, business affairs, legal, finance, and tax.

    • Strong knowledge and experience in all forms of productions across all budget levels;
    • High level of competency with budgeting, scheduling, and cost reports;
    • On-set problem solving ability.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with budgeting, scheduling and cost reports
    - Experience with on-set problem solving
    - Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development production and post production
    - Experience in MM Budgeting and Scheduling
    - Experience working as a producer, production executive, or a similar role
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- International production experience desirable;
    - Strong knowledge in unscripted, scripted or movies production;
    - Experience with above-the-line and below-the-line unions and guilds;
    - Working knowledge of location specific production guidelines and procedures;
    - Wide array of industry contacts;
    - Experience with asset delivery;
    - Experience with a variety of digital and cloud media workflows and post production;
    - High attention to detail;
    - Detailed planning, time management, and organisational skills;
    - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
    - Positive can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow through;
    - Great judgment and common sense;
    - Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment;
