    Ring and Blink, two of Amazon's leading home security brands, are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales strategy and execution for both the Ring and Blink product portfolios with key retail partners.

    Fluency in German required.

    Key job responsibilities
    Develop and execute comprehensive growth plans for Ring and Blink's top retail accounts in the DACH region, building strong, strategic relationships with senior buying teams.

    Manage the full lifecycle of key account relationships, including joint business planning, forecasting, sales execution, merchandising, trade marketing, and product introduction.

    Coordinate and optimize the allocation of resources to drive maximum sales growth and profitability in the region.

    Ensure both brands maintain sales and profit targets, while closely managing expenses to stay within budget guidelines.

    Maintain meticulous records of all pricing, sales data, gross profit, expenses, and activity reports for both brands.

    Act as the voice of the customer, relaying feedback to product teams to influence roadmap development and ensure alignment with local market needs.

    Support regional channel marketing initiatives for both brands, including training, in-store displays, promotions, and measuring retailer satisfaction.

    Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement local market strategies for new product launches and category expansions for Ring and Blink.

    As the new Sales Manager, Ring & Blink (DACH), you'll be the driving force behind growing two of Amazon's most innovative home security solutions across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Day-to-day, you'll forge strategic partnerships with top retailers, collaborate cross-functionally to align with evolving market demands, and spearhead comprehensive sales and revenue strategies.

    We are Amazon; we pioneer. Since opening in 1995, we’ve been pushing the boundaries of possible further and further. We are seeking a motivated and impeccably organized General Manager’s Assistant to join our Fulfillment Centers, to assist and work closely with the site’s General Manager.

    About Amazon’s Fulfillment Centers: the Operations teams that work in these facilities are responsible for controlling our vast range of fast-moving inventory, from Inbound to Outbound departments. They also work as smart as they can to ensure that our customers receive what they want, when they want it, while improving processes and workflows wherever possible.
    In this critical role, you will enjoy a varied and great range of interactions daily. This exciting role will allow you to be creative in bringing your ideas and fun initiatives to life, working with our Operations teams and driving communication within the
    Fulfillment Center. Whatever you find yourself focusing on, it will be aimed at delivering the highest quality service to our internal and external customers.


    Key job responsibilities
    • Plan, coordinate and organize onsite employee engagement events for associates, including competitions, celebrations and handouts, and managing associated budgets and deadlines throughout the year.
    • Plan events according to the site’s needs, prepare posters and campaigns to promote events and work with stakeholders to deliver and implement site projects.
    • Manage communication channels across the Fulfillment Center, including newsletters, corporate communications and site-specific message boards and feedback channels.
    • Act as the site Charity Champion in the community, coordinating the site charity budget, working with central teams to embed network initiatives alongside local charity donations and campaigns.
    • Manage the network recognition programs onsite for associates and drive participation amongst your leadership team and associate population.
    • Be responsible for the overall direction and coordination of the leadership team’s travel and administration, including diary management and recording actions of meetings and driving these to resolution on behalf of the General Manager.
    • Working closely with all support staff to build, coordinate and secure robust support and resources
    for projects and initiatives.
    • Welcome and coordinate visitors, on behalf of the General Manager and leadership team of the Fulfillment Center.
    • Diary management experience at Director and/or Senior Manager level, including arranging travel and conference calls.
    • Make a positive contribution to the company’s culture that fosters diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.

    A day in the life
    Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday; job duties may require additional hours and availability outside normal working hours. May require flexibility to adjust work schedule from time to time and to travel between sites.
    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Demonstrable experience in the key responsibilities of the role, as described above in the job posting.
    - Ability to effectively prioritize and deliver multiple assignments while also serving as point of contact for a large team.
    - Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

    Provide a single point of contact to transaction teams to support them on understanding and executing Amazon’s due diligence program.

    Complete reviews of due diligence-related information including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, historical reports, regulatory agency assessments, health-risk assessments and vapor mitigation plans.

    Evaluate and investigate potential exposure risks from building materials or property conditions including but not limited to asbestos containing materials, lead-based paint, and vapor intrusion.

    Scope and manage phase II site investigations.

    Perform Vapor Intrusion Screenings and Health Risk Assessments.

    Provide support and training to a wide range of teams and partners to increase knowledge and efficiency.

    Draft mitigation plans for construction management of contaminated soil and groundwater as required during our renovation activities.

    Liaise with Real Estate, Legal, Construction and Launch teams about required mitigation and ongoing oversight and management so that business may use contaminated sites.

    Provide review and feedback for work performed by contractors, developers, and consultants.
    Assist RE legal with drafting protective language concerning hazardous materials and pre-existing contamination.

    Represent Amazon at appropriate levels with property owners and their representatives, consultants, and legal advisors to maintain and develop professional and effective relationships.
