    Altro are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Showroom Manager to help position the Altro Showroom London as a flagship destination within the architectural and design community. This is a full time, permanent role where you will be based 5 days a week at our Altro show room in Clerkenwell, London. The successful candidate will deliver a professional, engaging and memorable experience for all visitors, providing product, specification, technical and sales support while managing showroom enquiries, appointments and sample requests. They will maintain accurate records of customer visits, utilise CRM systems to track engagement and opportunities, and work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Care teams to maximise business outcomes. The role also involves ensuring the showroom is always presented to the highest standard, managing stock levels, supplies, catering and supplier relationships, and liaising with landlords and contractors regarding maintenance and facility requirements. Alongside the day-to-day management of the showroom, the role will focus on driving customer visits and generating new business opportunities. This includes supporting showroom marketing initiatives, building relationships within London's architectural and design communities, identifying networking and partnership opportunities, and helping to plan, coordinate and host customer events, exhibitions and industry showcases, including Clerkenwell Design Week. The successful candidate will also facilitate visits from UK, European and international customers and colleagues across Altro and Autoglym, ensuring effective follow-up activity to maximise specification opportunities and strengthen customer relationships. This is a key role within the finance team, responsible for leading the planning, forecasting and reporting processes across the Group. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality financial insight is delivered to support decision making, while also helping shape the future of reporting through the development of Power BI dashboards and the implementation of our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system, Vena. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strong financial analysis with process improvement, stakeholder engagement, people management and finance transformation projects. The role is full time (37.5 hours per week) and based at our Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire HQ. It comes with the benefit of hybrid working (3 days a week in the office) and company funded private medical cover via our provider BUPA. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively, influence decision making and build strong relationships across finance and the wider business. A solid understanding of integrated financial reporting, including the links between the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, is essential. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, capable of managing multiple deadlines and priorities, and possess a continuous improvement mindset focused on automation, standardisation and enhancing data quality. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time across our international operations. Working closely with commercial teams, planners, demand planners, distribution teams, and global stakeholders, you'll optimise inventory levels whilst balancing availability, efficiency, and working capital.
