    Reporting to the Group Procurement Director, the Head of Technology Procurement will be responsible for the commercial leadership and development of the €90M annual external spend across Alter Domus (Cloud, Software, Hardware). You will be accountable for leading a small team (3 FTE) to effectively implement and execute sourcing strategies and policies. Specifically, you will: • Partner across all global functions to develop and implement optimal strategic sourcing strategies as well as the with the wider business to drive margin improvements while increasing the sophistication of our sourcing and procurement practices.
    • Harness your expert knowledge of the industry and the commercial models that exist to ensure that Alter Domus has optimised commercial and vendor relationships. 
    • Ability to build categories and long-term strategic plans whilst also being able to deliver operationally. The role is a combination of strategic and operational 
    • Be comfortable and have expertise in applying leverage with suppliers.
    • Be comfortable with ambiguity whilst the Procurement Transformation is being implemented (Orchestration, CM, Spend Analytics and Market Intelligence)
    • Be accountable for the sustainable delivery of best total value and the most desirable total cost of ownership while reflecting both marketplace capabilities and the needs of the global functions and stakeholders.
    • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and the ability to make decisions with less than 100% data
    • Lead all elements of spend management for your categories, including strategic understanding of the supply market place, pricing and term negotiations, preparation and analysis of bid proposals/packages, supplier selection, negotiation and communication with users across Alter Domus and the functions
    • Implement a robust set of KPIs and measurement practices to ensure best-in-class supplier agreements, interacting with strategic suppliers and partners to Alter Domus to ensure any issues are identified and tacked fast while building proactive and positive supplier relationships to enhance their performance for the firm.
    • As a senior leader, you will also be responsible for driving change when necessary, delivering communications and directions to the team in supporting the development and engagement of employees at all levels. 
    • Promote and build Alter Domus' brand and culture both internally and externally, acting as an ambassador and role model to employees, clients, and customers and other external stakeholders.

You will be an important link between management through to junior staff, responsible for and knowledgeable about the quality of the work carried out for your clients. You will review work produced for submission to directors and senior management. You will work in conjunction with other members of the Team in providing on the job training to ensure a comprehensive Company Secretarial Service. While employed as a Senior Officer you will be required to attend training to enhance your skills and learn new ones as well. RESPONSIBILITIES: Interaction with clients, board members, third party intermediaries such as banks, lawyers, accountants and tax advisors both in person and via written or telephone communication. Preparing for board and shareholders' meetings, including drafting of agenda, preparation of board papers, attending meetings as a representative of Alter Domus Jersey in its capacity as Company Secretary producing minutes and action point schedules. Ensuring compliance with the JFSC’s Code of Corporate Governance where appropriate. Maintenance of statutory records for entities and ensuring filing requirements are met. Review, circulation and completion of transaction documentation. Support the fund administration team in respect of investor servicing, client on-boarding, investment transactions, draw downs, distributions and other administrative activities. When required, assisting with the preparation, collation and ongoing monitoring of Know Your Customer / Client Due Diligence and promoter / corporate files. Attend industry and networking events to represent Alter Domus thus creating and strengthening relationships; and Liaise with the Financial Reporting teams for year end and interim accounts for sign off by the Boards; and Facilitate the execution of all client legal documentation. This role ensures the organisation maximizes the value of its software investments, minimizes compliance risks, and embeds SAM practices into core business and technology operations. You will lead the development of SAM frameworks, oversee audits and reconciliations, and collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, and vendor management teams to ensure effective governance and cost control. What will I be doing? Define and implement the enterprise Software Asset Management strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, technology governance. Lead software asset audits, license reconciliations, and compliance assessments across key software vendors, leveraging vendor-specific expertise and internal support functions where needed. Analyse vendor agreements and entitlements to interpret terms, obligations, usage metrics, and compliance requirements, identifying risks and optimization opportunities. Partner with procurement, IT, and finance teams to integrate SAM processes into sourcing, budgeting, and operational practices. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing SAM processes and governance frameworks within large or complex organizations. This role is a blend of sales leadership, strategic planning, and top-tier relationship management, focused on maximizing long-term revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction for an organization's most critical clients. 
    The Head of Global Strategic Signature Accounts acts as the ultimate owner and advocates for the company's "Signature" or "Key" accounts. They will lead a team of Global Business Directors each responsible for a group of signature accounts that require multi-asset and/or multi-jurisdictional management to both maximise opportunities to increase share of wallet and provide a super customer experience. They define and execute a multi-year global account strategy to maximize the financial and strategic value of these relationships for both the company and the client to drive double digit sales and revenue growth from the cohort of Signature accounts under their responsibility.
    ROLE PROFILE  Strategic account leadership: Develop, implement, and lead the global account strategy for major customers. This includes multi-year account plans, performance metrics, and global governance structures. Executive relationship management: Establish and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within client organizations across different regions.
