We’ll talk a bit more about us further down the page, but for now – let’s talk about the role and who we’re looking for… A bit about the role....Take ownership of the end-to-end planning of integrated campaigns and projects across The National Lottery (TNL) brand, working with cross-functional teams (internally and externally) to deliver consumer centric strategies, engaging creative solutions and flawless execution that directly contributes to TNL brand health and performance. As Campaign Planner, you are a heartbeat of in-market delivery and co-ordination, ensuring campaigns are coordinated with precision and clarity to translate marketing strategies into real-world impact.What you’ll be doing… Support the delivery of integrated campaigns and TNL brand initiatives every year including launches and ongoing Good Causes marketing Develop optimum end-to-end campaign/initiative project plans: Aligning all stakeholders along the way to key timings and outputs o Identifying and planning around inter-dependencies Tracking progress, troubleshooting and replanning Proactively identify and flag execution risks and work cross-functionally to resolve them Effectively facilitate the delivery of the key outputs during the campaign development process, including campaign strategy, creative platform, channel activation plans, creative requirements and creative toolkits/deliverables Manage final sign-off of campaign assets (production & digital files), in accordance with the campaign development process. Working closely with TNL Brand Manager to deliver campaigns/projects to market on-time and to budget Manage internal and external stakeholders (media owners, agencies and suppliers) Champion planning and process refinement, capture feedback from agencies & internal teams and apply lessons learnt to future campaigns to drive continuous improvement Lead post-campaign reviews, tracking execution quality, timing, and visibility What experience we’re looking for… Project Management - proven experience delivering multi-channel campaigns: developing timing plans, identifying interdependencies, highlighting delays and implications, ability to juggle shifting priorities, facilitation of cross functional working and briefing, defining working processes and sign-offs Cross-functional working - experience in managing cross functional teams (upwards, sideways and downwards in the delivery of integrated campaigns) by keeping the team on track and identifying key decisions (what and when) Campaign Process driving activity through an end-to-end campaign development process to deliver integrated campaigns, on time and to budget. Has a good understanding of the cross-functional process between clients and agencies to develop campaign strategies and creative output. Creative experience working collaboratively with creative agencies and briefing internal creative studios. Proven conceptual knowledge of a breadth of creative disciplines including AV, OOH, print, retail and digital to manage complex deliveries and/or identify and implement alternative delivery solutions Social/Digital Champion- experienced in project management of social/digital campaigns, working with publishers, agencies and internal teams to brief digital creative development and builds Evaluation can draw clear conclusions from multiple sources of information Takes Charge, Makes things Happen & Delivers Great Outcomes - positive, can-do attitude. Release Planning & Deployment of the Data Platform · Oversee the end-to-end release cycle for data platform enhancements, including scheduling, coordination, and communication with cross-functional teams. · Ensure thorough testing, documentation, and rollback strategies are in place prior to deployment. 10. ETL Jobs Orchestration & Performance Optimization · Manage data job orchestration using Airflow (or similar tools, e.g., Step Functions) for efficient scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of data pipelines. · Continuously analyze and optimize ETL job performance, identifying opportunities for parallelization, resource tuning, and cost efficiency. · Ensure Airflow DAGs are designed using best practices for error handling, retry strategies, and alerting. 11. Support for Data Ops & Priority Issue Resolution · Collaborate closely with the Data Ops team to swiftly resolve high-priority issues, ensuring minimal impact on business operations. · Serve as escalation point for complex data engineering challenges, providing expert guidance in troubleshooting pipeline failures. 12. Code Review & Efficient Unit Testing Practices · Implement and enforce best practices for code reviews, ensuring adherence to quality and security standards. · Promote efficient unit testing frameworks and methodologies to reduce defects, enhance reliability, and accelerate development cycles.Requirements 1.     Role Purpose:The Senior Reporting Developer (Power BI) is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly analytics solutions using Power BI. This role focuses on tabular model design, data visualization best practices, and end-to-end report lifecycle management—ensuring that business stakeholders receive accurate, insightful, and timely data.A strong candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, tabular modelling, and efficient data transformations. They will be experienced at Power BI capacity planning, optimizing performance, and integrating Power BI solutions with broader data platforms. The Senior Reporting Developer will be creating reports which would reflect the business needs and will encourage data driven decision making across the business. Proactive proposals of report improvements based on the PowerBI feasibilities and efficient communication with the business stakeholders is also expected from this role.Power BI Architecture & Development Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. Implement best practices for data transformations (Power Query), DAX calculations, and tabular model design, including unit testing of tabular models to ensure accuracy and reliability. Create intuitive layouts and visual designs that drive business adoption, focusing on great user experiences (UX) in reports and dashboards. Ensure thorough testing, documentation, and rollback strategies are in place prior to deploying new or updated reports.  Reporting Jobs Orchestration & Performance Optimization Coordinate report refresh schedules and data pipeline orchestrations (e.g., with Azure Data Factory, Power Automate) to ensure reliable data availability.     Role Purpose:As a Lead BI QA at Allwyn, your primary mission is to drive excellence in BI quality assurance practices. Work closely with the Supply Chain team on NAT bootstock orders. Support with the scratchcard returns process through the collation of Scratchcard return bags that are to be sent to retailers during a closure.
