You will play an important role in helping to create the culture, alignment and colleague engagement that will be required to deliver our ambitious plans for the Fourth Licence, particularly through effective change communications delivery. What you’ll be doing… ·  Working closely with Allwyn’s Change Communications Managers, deliver Transformation-related communications for functions as part of our change journey.· Delivering reactive and ad hoc communications for BAU and Transformation communications· Supporting colleague engagement and alignment with our culture, values and strategy through: o Developing and delivering internal communications strategies, plans and programmes o Story-telling and the creation of compelling content across all internal communications channels, including video, audio, copy and design · Supporting the delivery of our Social Value strategy by helping to embed it across the organisation through our internal communications activities· Working with colleagues across Corporate Affairs and within our external agencies to shape engagement content for our external channels (notably website and social media) that supports our employer brand· Working closely with colleagues across Corporate Affairs (in the UK and at Group) to ensure a joined-up approach to content and communications, including managing the most effective sequencing and ensuring consistent and relevant messaging· Working closely with colleagues in other functions to support the delivery of functional strategies, most particularly with the People team to ensure the successful delivery of our People Vision, including supporting effective scheduling of campaigns and other communications activities.· Ensure that the internal communications plan and its delivery reinforces and promotes Allwyn’s vision, mission, values, brand and reputation · Create communications assets and collateral that will be engaging and effective, including film, animation, PowerPoint, or Word documents What experience we’re looking for… · A track-record in developing and delivering internal communications plans and content that engage colleagues and support the delivery of organisational objectives · Experience of content creation and delivery across a range of internal communications programmes and channels, and in deploying across a range of tools and techniques that will enable internal communications cut-through· Experience in gathering feedback on communications activities, and using data and other forms of insight and feedback to inform future communications plans and executions · Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as to deliver work independently when required Interest in emerging best practice· Strong listening skills, and the ability to influence others· Excellent writing and editing skills· Must be willing to work in Watford two days per week, with regular travel to London, if able to do so. You will also keep ahead of influencer trends, regulatory compliance, and emerging platforms.Candidates must be able to travel between, and work from, our London and Watford offices three days per week as part of our hybrid working model.What you’ll be doing… Execute our influencer strategy: identify opportunities for influencer and creator partnerships that support The National Lottery brand and its games, ensuring we’re always working towards the business objectives.  Alongside our agency partner, source, engage, negotiate with, and manage influencers/creators (including micro, macro, ambassadors) across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Manage the day-to-day relationship with our Influencer Marketing Agency.  Collaborate with Creative Hub. content, Paid Social, Consumer Comms, and Brand teams to ensure influencer-led content is aligned with campaign creative, messaging, brand values, and regulatory/compliance requirements. Oversee end-to-end campaign management: briefing, contracting, production oversight, content approval, scheduling, distribution. Monitor budgets, cost-effectiveness, manage contracts, payments, and ensure value is delivered. Track, measure, and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion, sentiment, ROI), using insights to optimise future campaigns. Maintain and grow a network of influencers/creators; build long-term relationships. Keep up to date with trends, platform changes, content formats, influencer / creator culture, and legal/regulatory best practice (Advertising Standards, CMA, ASA etc.). Ensure all influencer content meets legal and regulatory standards (transparency, disclosures). Aid with media partnerships integration: ensuring influencers work cohesively with broader media/advertising spend and media partners. Support with monitoring and managing content use rights, licensing / copyright issues.  What experience we’re looking for… Experienced operator within influencer/creator marketing (in-house, agency, or platform). Experienced working with big brands within Retail, FMCG, Telco, Gambling or Entertainment sectors.Solid understanding of influencer landscape in the UK: platforms, creator types, trends. Strong project management skills: able to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of regulatory environment for advertising/influencer content in the UK (ASA, Advertising Codes etc.). Analytical mindset: comfortable setting KPIs, tracking performance, interpreting metrics, using insights to inform decisions. Strong communication skills. both written and verbal.  Creative thinking: ability to generate fresh ideas, content formats, campaign concepts. Organised, detail-oriented, able to manage budgets and contracts properly. Familiarity with influencer tools / platforms (e.g. influencer discovery, outreach, performance tracking tools) desirable. Motivated self-starter, comfortable working in an evolving environment. Passion for storytelling and understanding of how media/influencer content can amplify community impact. Strong ethics / integrity, particularly around transparency / compliance. A team player who collaborates well across departments.   About us: ‍We’ve developed ground-breaking technologies, built player protection frameworks, and have a proven track record of making lotteries better.  ·       Innovation - We pride ourselves on it!
