Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Sales Manager at our Lepas dealership in Warwick.

This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis 5 day working week Monday - Sunday, with a basic salary of up to £40,000 and an OTE of £60,000, and reports to the General Manager.

We are looking for applicants with sales management experience from a franchised dealership who is looking to take the next step in their career. Previous experience managing and motivating a sales department
· A strong awareness in financial compliance
· Full UK driving licence
· Fantastic stakeholder management skills
· Conducting reviews of both new and used car operations including regular stock reviews, site displays and online/offline activity
