Monday to Friday
Early Shift: 04:30am to 13:00pm Key Responsibilities: Operate fork lift trucks safely and complete daily equipment checks
Receive, store and manage stock including allergens, chilled, frozen and raw ingredients following strict food safety and labelling standards
Ensure all goods are correctly dated, labelled, sealed and palletised for dispatch
Complete all dispatch documentation accurately and meet daily shipping targets
Maintain cleanliness, safety and hygiene standards throughout the warehouse and production support areas
Report any machinery faults, safety hazards or site damage promptly to supervisory staff
Assist with regular stock takes, warehouse cleaning and supporting other departments when needed
Adhere to all HACCP and safety protocols, ensuring full traceability and stock rotation Requirements: Forklift truck licence (Flexi/Bendi) is essential.
Fork lift truck licence (Counterbalance) is beneficial.
Basic food safety knowledge or willingness to undertake training.
Strong attention to detail with ability to follow procedures accurately.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
