    About the roleWe are seeking a Product Marketing Manager, to strengthen StormGeo's Offshore domain covering Offshore Oil & Gas, Offshore Wind, and Marine Operations, who can bring clarity, insight, and creative storytelling to our offshore portfolio, helping customers operate more safely, sustainably, and efficiently.You will play a key role in defining, positioning, and communicating the value of StormGeo’s offshore digital and service portfolio worldwide. In this role, you will shape our product narratives, drive market adoption, and ensure our value proposition is clearly understood and recognized in target industries and markets. As an individual contributor, you will be part of a collaborative global product marketing team, working closely with our local sales and marketing teams in the US and Europe.This position is based in UK, Aberdeen, London, or Glasgow. Main responsibilities Craft Product Positioning & Messaging: Translate unique product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with our global offshore audiences.Drive Global Go-To-Market Initiatives: Lead launch campaigns, promotions, and “always-on” programs in close collaboration with domain experts, regional marketers, and product managers.Support Sales Enablement: Create high-impact sales kits, landing pages, web content, presentations, social media content, insights and training to help sales teams win new customers.Market & Customer Insight: Continuously analyze and ensure a deep understanding of customer personas, competitive landscape, and market shifts.Customer Voice & Roadmap Input: Gather client feedback through interviews and surveys and feed it into our domain, product development, and marketing plans.Content & Channel Strategy: Guide consistency of messaging across digital channels, social media, email campaigns, and events, supporting awareness and lead generation.Performance & Data Insight: Use HubSpot, define KPIs, monitor campaign and feature adoption metrics, and adapt GTM strategies based on market feedback and analytics.Accelerate AI-Augmented Marketing: Advance the adoption of current GenAI tools and help accelerate the implementation of GenAI in actual Product Marketing workflow.Core requirements 3+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally within Offshore Oil & Gas, Offshore Wind, Marine, SaaS, or Weather Intelligence industries.Solid understanding of offshore operations and/or weather-related services.Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).Great English communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing decisions.Collaborative working style, with experience partnering across functions such as sales, product, and commercial teams.Curiosity and openness to adopting AI-assisted tools to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.Company OffersGlobal mission - Every day, we enable our clients to navigate a changing environment by unlocking the value of data.Smart, creative, and innovative environment, where you'll work alongside a talented and supportive team of professionals.Hybrid Work Model.International development opportunities to support your professional growth.If you're a skilled Product Marketing Manager with a passion for impactful decisions and working with a dynamic team, apply now to join StormGeo!We value diverse perspectives and welcome candidates from all backgrounds and industries. Our team of Field Service Engineers are on the front line of customer support, carrying out servicing and maintenance of Alfa Laval equipment and associated products. Alfa Laval field service engineers ensure a high quality service to customers and are a key part of our service business.About the jobYou will be home based attending customer sites across Scotland and the UK. Overnight stays are a regular occurrence as part of this role. You will also be expected to participate in our 24 hours call out system and work some weekends on a roster basis.You will be working on Centrifugal rotating equipment providing field service support, trouble shooting and training at customer locations on the mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of our separation equipment ensuring reliable operation, optimum performance and efficiency. This includes performing preventive maintenance, emergency and warranty repairs, installation supervision and commissioning of new equipment, system audits, process troubleshooting and technical support.Your duties will include:Commissioning, servicing and fault finding of new and existing equipment.Assist and train customer maintenance and supervisory personnel on how to operate our equipment and perform maintenance tasks.Performing trial test runs when work is completed to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications.Providing process and technical support to the department and customers.Working with the sales team on equipment audits on customer sites to generate new businessMeeting KPIs for the service team in areas such as submission of job reports, Commissioning documentation and daily timesheets.Who you areYou are self-motivated, detail orientated and numerate. You can demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are organized and enjoy working alone. You have professional pride in your work and maintain high standards of precision, Health and Safety awareness and cleanliness in your working environment. You are customer centric, with a focus on continuous improvement, you will be comfortable working in line with Alfa Laval drivers, Action, Interaction, and Satisfaction.Candidates must be able to spend several nights away from home as required. Due to the nature of the work, including the environment in which the work is often carried out, the candidate should have a good level of physical fitness. A valid full driving license and the current right to work in the United Kingdom is required for this role. You are based within the Central Eastern area of England.What you know Candidates for this role should have completed a recognised apprenticeship or have reached a minimum level of technical training i.e. City and Guilds/NVQ/BTEC.Candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong working background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, ideally with separation equipment would be beneficial but not essential.Candidates should have a good level of competence with respect to electronic equipment testing, fault finding, reading schematic diagrams, PLC`s, HMI`s, SCADA, EthernetIP, PID and Profibus connectivity.Desirable skills include work on automated production lines, generators, compressors, pumps or the marine industry. Exposure to Alfa Laval core equipment would be advantageous.Previous industry backgrounds could include waste water, food and brewery, food processing plants, power stations, factory automation, marine or military.Candidates must be able to spend several nights away from home as required and have a good level of physical fitness.
