    This role is ideal for a technician with 1-2 years' experience in civil or infrastructure design, looking to develop their career within a supportive environment that values technical quality and professional growth.
    This is a full-time hybrid role, with flexibility to work both from the London office and remotely.

    Key Responsibilities
    Produce high-quality technical drawings, models, and plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.Assist engineers with the design and detailing of roads, drainage, and infrastructure layouts for residential and mixed-use developments.Support the preparation of S278 and S38 adoption drawings and documentation.Work collaboratively with engineers, architects, and other consultants to ensure coordinated and buildable designs.Manage drawing revisions and maintain accurate documentation throughout the design process.Ensure all work complies with company standards and relevant technical regulations.
    Qualifications & Experience
    1-2 years' experience as a Civil or Infrastructure Technician within a consultancy or developer environment.Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Civil 3D is highly desirable.Strong understanding of highways and drainage design principles.Experience working on residential infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, S278/S38).Good attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.HNC/HND or similar qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline preferred.

    They specialise in structural design for projects in the power industry. These are highly technical, often specialist schemes and involve work for clients such as UKPN and SSE.

    You will be joining a very experienced team where everyone takes responsibility for their own work.

    This role is for an experienced hands on structural technician, with excellent revit skills. Experience in the power sector would be highly advantageous. The role is office based not remote.

    The types of projects will include substation design, battery storage facilities, design of blast resistant buildings, switch houses, GIS buildings, buildings to house transformer cells and designing of specialist steelwork structures and supports underground and inside of tunnels to carry heavy power cables. There are refurbishment and new builds involved. Projects normally involve design in steel and concrete, with some masonry and can range from small up to multi million £ schemes.

    The work is interesting and complex, with each project being different.
