    ** No agencies please** **We are unable to consider candidates who require sponsorship to work in the UK** Alcohols Limited is a chemical distribution company which was formed in 1955 as a subsidiary of The Palmer Group.  It is a private family company founded in 1805 which is still family owned today.   Within the Palmer Group, The Langley Distillery is a globally renowned distillery specializing in the production of premium spirits, as well as the supply of high-quality neutral grain spirits (NGS) and botanicals to craft and commercial distilleries. We have a strong commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation, we’re looking to expand our market reach.  This role will be based at our new £23m facility in Rugby based at the Europark just off the A5 which has recently opened.  (A5 Watling Street, Clifton upon Dunsmore, Rugby Warwickshire. The Opportunity The Sales and Digital Marketing Executive will focus on driving repeat business within our existing customer base and managing day to day sales orders.  In addition, they will play an active role in engaging potential new customers through consistent outreach, contact and broadcasting of our proposition through digital channels.  What you will contribute Manage relationships with existing clients (distilleries and beverage producers), ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business for both branded products and bulk supply Manage the administration and progression of sales orders point of receipt to delivery (in line with Quality Procedures) Work closely with the Distillery Sales Manager maintaining regular and clear communication, to ensure follow ups, pricing feedback and customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner Set up new customers accounts, ensuring all information and due diligence required is completed Process incoming customer complaints and incident reports Working with the Distillery Sales Manager, identify and approach potential new business opportunities Maintain CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.  Report on KPIs, sales pipeline progress, and marketing campaign effectiveness.  Collaborate with the Langley Distillery, create and implement digital marketing campaigns that promote brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across digital platforms.  Manage and grow the company’s online presence, including social media, email marketing, and website content.  Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.  Develop marketing content tailored to different segments: international customers, distillers, and industry stakeholders.  Attend and represent the Langley Distillery at industry trade shows, events, and tastings.  What you will bring A deep understanding of sales processes, and a passion for building lasting relationships with clients and partners.  Experience in the spirits or beverage industry would be beneficial as would knowledge of alcohol industry regulations and routes to market.  Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content management systems.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.  Attentive and shows consistent active listening Tenacious, thorough, determined, energetic and driven with attention to detail Able to assimilate information quickly Demonstrable excellent problem-solving skills What we offer benefits (pension, life insurance, private health care and critical illness insurance) plus 25 days holiday p.a. plus bank holidays (pro rata) 40 hours per week including a 30 minute paid lunch break Read Less

CV23 0AJ). The site also houses a new distillery allowing us to add capacity to our current heritage site in Birmingham which will be retained. Langley Distillery is a renowned and historic distillery known for crafting high-quality spirits and liquors and producing exceptional products that delight customers around the world. The Opportunity The role is responsible for quality assurance, oversight and investigation of all complaints, reporting metrics and driving quality improvements within the Operations and Production teams. What you will contribute Responsible for administering the complaints system management and coordinating internal actions. Support of investigations where required, driving the use of Root Cause analysis techniques to deliver robust and effective Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs)- ensuring these are documented and implemented. Provide support for internal and external audit processes Maintain the internal audit schedule and coordinate internal auditor team. Support management with regular Quality metrics and performance reporting (e.g. cost of Quality, complaint rate, NCs etc) Drive quality improvements within operations and production Follow the company initiatives for Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) (e.g. H&S Policy, Golden Rules) and exhibit SHE leadership through own behaviours.   What you will bring Experience of Quality and Compliance systems, complaint management and root cause investigation within and industrial setting Prior experience of audit processes and auditing (internal and external) Practical/proactive problem solver and flexible to support a dynamic, customer driven business. Tenacious, thorough, determined, energetic and driven with attention to detail Well organised and able to assimilate new information quickly and take innovative approach to solve complex queries. Degree in Chemistry or similar subject advantageous Awareness of chemical legislation such as CLP, REACH and GHS would be beneficial Excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing both customers and internal stakeholders with clear concise information to provide positive and beneficial interaction. IT literate. Good knowledge of Microsoft. Able to collate data from multiple sources into useable documentation Persuasive, goal orientated and able to follow specific processes and requirements Quality conscious and well organised, able to respond quickly to requests for information or support.
