p We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the divisional project portfolio, ensuring initiatives are governed effectively, delivered to best-in-class standards, and aligned with wider enterprise objectives. This role will drive governance excellence, data-informed planning, and change enablement, while championing innovation and continuous improvement in how projects are prioritised, executed, and monitored. /p p br /p p You will work closely with leadership, product development teams, and enterprise governance bodies to ensure strategic synchronisation across programmes, while enabling customer-focused, design-led outcomes. /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p ul li Establish and maintain a project governance framework ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with organisational priorities. /li li Synchronise divisional initiatives with enterprise-wide programmes, maintaining focus on outcomes and strategic direction. /li li Translate leadership vision into actionable governance practices, emphasising innovation, customer-centricity, and design excellence. /li li Promote adoption of modern methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PMBOK, Process Excellence) to improve project execution and quality. /li li Act as the governance liaison with enterprise-level committees, ensuring seamless integration of reporting, planning, and performance tracking. /li li Oversee the divisional project portfolio, ensuring initiatives are prioritised, sequenced, and resourced effectively. /li li Define and monitor KPIs and OKRs to measure project impact, alignment, and return on investment. /li li Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility on project health, risks, and progress. /li li Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and feed improvements into future cycles. /li li Use analytics to guide prioritisation, feasibility assessments, and project approach. /li li Monitor KPIs, budget variances, milestones, and risks with real-time reporting. /li li Quantify project value using ROI, NPV, cost-benefit analysis, CSAT, and NPS. /li li Apply forecasting and scenario planning to anticipate risks and resource constraints. /li li Leverage benchmarking, feedback, and historical data to refine strategies. /li li Partner with senior stakeholders across functions to ensure shared ownership and accountability for outcomes. /li li Apply structured change management approaches to assess impacts, manage expectations, and ensure successful adoption. /li li Lead the design and implementation of change strategies, supporting smooth transitions and minimising disruption. /li li Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement. /li /ul p br /p p strong Candidate Profile /strong /p ul li Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 8 years’ relevant experience. /li li Strong knowledge of product development design methodologies, brand execution, and consumer-facing product lifecycles. /li li Familiarity with design processes, technologies, and design theory. /li li Previous experience managing product development phases is an advantage. /li li Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. /li li Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. /li /ul
