The objective of a Daily Property Field Adjuster is to provide excellent claim handling services for our clients regarding daily claim work within your area which can include multiple perils. Contract Requirements Include: A contract will be issued within 24 hours of accepting your first claim assignment with Alacrity. This IA contract will include pay details and other pertinent information regarding your work as an independent contract with Alacrity.A completed contract is required to issue pay.Skills & Requirements/Licensure: MUST live within 50-100 miles of posted location and willing to travel to location. Minimum 2-3 years property field adjusting experience.Independent adjusting license in your home state (area of work), or a designated home state license if residing in a non-licensing state.Experienced in wind, hail, theft, fire, water losses and other perils preferred.Have reliable transportation, computer, digital camera, ladder, and other miscellaneous items necessary to perform adjuster responsibilities.Willing and able to climb roofs.Computer and Phone System Requirements: Smart Cell Phone able to access to internet. Xactimate and/or Symbility proficient with current subscription Working Laptop computer with reliable high-speed internet Digital camera and other miscellaneous items necessary to perform adjuster responsibilities.Working Conditions / Physical & Mental Demands: The physical demands described here are representative and must be met by the independent contractor to successfully perform this job. 100% travel is required within designated working territory based on the location of assignments received. Reporting to the VP of TPA, the Director of TPA, London Markets is responsible for expanding and strengthening Alacrity’s Third-Party Administration (TPA) presence within the London Insurance Market. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in London market operations, carrier and broker relationships, and cross-border claims management. The Director will advance and promote relationships with key stakeholders, positioning Alacrity as a premier service provider for London-based syndicates, MGAs, reinsurers, and insurers seeking U.S. claims administration solutions. Market Expansion & Business Development: Develop and execute a strategy to grow Alacrity’s TPA services within Lloyd’s and the London market. Identify opportunities to align U.S.-based TPA services with the needs of London-based carriers, MGAs, and syndicates. Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriters, brokers, reinsurers, and claims executives in the London market. Act as a key point of contact for fronting carriers and capacity providers interested in expanding their U.S. operations.  Relationship Management & Client Engagement: Establish Alacrity as a trusted and go-to partner for London-based insurers needing U.S. claims administration, or any other service our divisions can offer. Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and service demonstrations to potential partners. Represent Alacrity at industry events and client meetings to enhance visibility. Regularly meet with current and prospective clients to review performance metrics, SLAs, and key account strategies.  Operational & Strategic Leadership: Work closely with Alacrity’s TPA leadership in the U.S. to ensure seamless integration of London market accounts. Guide the development of compliance and regulatory strategies for London market clients operating in the U.S. Stay updated on Lloyd’s compliance standards, market trends, and regulatory requirements impacting claims administration. Competencies To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Deep understanding of the Lloyd’s of London and London Market ecosystem (syndicates, MGAs, brokers, fronting carriers). Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging with C-suite executives and senior market stakeholders. Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work product. Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner.
