About the role The Hardware Engineering Manager is responsible for managing engineering tasks within defined parameters of cost, schedule, performance, and quality commitments. What you'll be doing

Identify and address gaps in the existing Data Pack, working to modify or redesign components where necessary to better align with foreign production requirements. Lead hardware engineering packages from requirements through design, development, and IVVQ, ensuring alignment with project milestones. Tailor engineering processes to meet company and project-specific needs. Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that client requirements are met during procurement and implementation, particularly with respect to the challenges posed by cross-border manufacturing. Prepare monthly engineering dashboards for reviews and support the Work Package Manager by defining work package descriptions in alignment with plans, cost, and budget.
