AJW is seeking a creatively-minded Marketing Executive to join the highly dynamic Marketing Team to support the delivery of comprehensive marketing activity across AJW Group, promoting the organisation’s values, brand, and business priorities to both internal and external audiences. Reporting into the Communications Manager and working as part of the wider Marketing team, you will be an astute, motivated, and proactive general marketer, with a particular strength and interest in communications.What you’ll be doing:Deliver effective, consistent communications across internal and external channels Create, edit, and deliver engaging marketing and communications content across digital, print, and internal platformsSupport external communications to customers and stakeholders to strengthen brand awareness and engagementSupport internal communications initiatives to enhance employee engagement and alignment with business objectives using the company’s intranet platform to keep employees informed and connectedEnsure all communications are on-brand, accurate, and aligned with agreed messaging and tone of voiceProduce video content for YouTube and social media that reflects the brand’s personality and valuesAssist with planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to drive measurable results
Support and execute integrated marketing campaigns and projects Assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of internal and external marketing campaigns that support brand visibility, engagement, and lead generationProvide hands-on support across the wider marketing team as required, contributing to cross-functional initiativesSupport key strategic projects such as website launches/upgrades, brand refresh activity, and campaign rolloutsCoordinate activity with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality deliveryDrive marketing effectiveness through insight, organisation, and continuous improvementMonitor and report on marketing activity performance, using data and insight to inform recommendations and improvementsSupport the development and maintenance of marketing processes, templates, and workflows to improve efficiency and consistencyAssist with the adoption of marketing technology, tools, and automation to streamline activity and improve outputProactively identify opportunities to improve ways of working, content effectiveness, and campaign outcomeand continuously improved to maximise return on investment.
