Reporting directly to the Cyber Configuration Manager and taking guidance from the Security Registrar, you will be responsible for providing an administration service in support of Configuration Management tasks to the business. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM Provide a classified documentation and media delivery service to internal/external customers and suppliers. This will comprise a mixture of document hardcopies, and physical media i.e. CD / DVD postal service and electronic deliveries via classified email accounts Register and receipt in a central database all classified data and media received into the business Provide packaged and labelled CDs / DVDs to the correct branding standard for inclusion in product deliveries Ensure all documentation and media is correctly classified for its means of delivery Ensure all physical media used i.e. CDs / DVDs / USBs SD Cards have been virus checked using the company provided facilities ABOUT YOU Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Good communication skills, able to converse at all levels and promote good relationships with internal customers, external organisations whilst encouraging a positive security culture Experience in a similar role within a defence company environment would be desirable Not a 100% match?
