    Job DescriptionThis role will be part of the Business Insights and Data Analytics Team who are leading a data transformation project at AGS Airports. This role will be instrumental in driving the business forward using data to gain actionable insights and add value to the company.
    The Business Insights Analyst will focus on working with stakeholders to identify opportunities or problems that can be solved using data. Principle accountabilitiesEngage with stakeholders to identify problems with data providers and business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities related to data sources. Mapping business processes and data flows and help work with the wider data team to help provide technical data-driven solutions.Write clear and detailed requirements documents, including business requirements documents and functional specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals.Facilitating deployment of new solutions including testing and leading training and support to ensure adoption.Ability to analyse and identify trends within a variety of large data sets Acquire new data from primary and secondary sources, maintain databases, and monitor data quality.Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics, recommending enhancements to existing processes.
    Qualifications and experienceProactive with a desire to continuously learnDegree or higher in Mathematics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Data analysis using Microsoft ExcelExperience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on data solutions.Visualisation experience in Power BI or Tableau.Knowledge of databases e.g. SQL & statistical packages for analysis (e.g. excel/Minitab) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to gather requirements and to implement documentation practices.Familiarity with data management concepts and tools.

    Job DescriptionTo ensure the delivery of a robust Health and Safety service across AGS Airports Limited including all areas of Health, Safety, Security & Sustainability (HSSS), as well as all other areas identified within the AGS Managing Responsibly System (MRS). To set the strategic direction, policies and governance in relation to Health and Safety activities for all areas of HSS S across all airports within the AGS Airports group.The individual must have senior leadership experience, knowledge and experience of broad subject matter in Health & Safety Law.
    Principle accountabilities
    Interpret CAA, HSE and other statutory bodies’ regulations and put in place suitable and sufficient AGS Airports Limited policies, procedures and standards to ensure compliance with such statutory requirements;Set the AGS Airports Limited strategy for HSSS to ensure year-on-year continual improvement;Set improvement objectives for each airport in line with the HSSS strategies and AGS strategic intents on an annual basis;Own, manage and oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of the AGS Managing Responsibly System (MRS);Standardise wherever possible, policies, standard operating procedures, instructions and guidelines, ensuring that AGS Airports will deliver HSSS in line with the respective strategies and Business Plans whilst conforming to the CAA certification and other legal and regulatory requirements;Monitor performance through safety management and risk management systems;Establish and maintain an annual AGS Airports Group audit plan for agreement by the HSSSC;Audit, monitor and review all areas of HSSS across the group to ensure the MRS is fit for purpose;Undertake specific or targeted audits at the request of the COO, AGS Exec Committee, HSSS Committee or AGS Board;Develop and maintain a good working relationship with Category 1 Responders and local resilience forums, to ensure that incidents are handled efficiently. Ensure that incident follow-up actions are documented and disseminated to customers and other airports;Oversee Emergency, Contingency and Business Continuity Planning for AGS Airports addressing: the identification and assessment of significant risks to which people, property or the business may be exposed to by pan airport operations;Ensure that group airports have robust business continuity plans and that applicable staff are allocated to crisis management team roles, they are properly trained and maintain levels of competence;Implement and maintain an overall AGS Crisis Management Team and the routine testing of same;Provide clear and readily understood written procedures for dealing with emergencies, including command structure, communication systems, business recovery and individual roles and responsibilities;Provide support, assistance and guidance to Operations Directors in the event of any crisis situation developing at any group airport;Promote and manage the Risk Management process through the enterprise risk management system and in accordance with recommended performance standards, for activities carried out by AGS Airports’ staff, shared risks in common user areas, risks to members of the public and potential serious incidents.Manage performance measurement systems for the collection, analysis and review of all HSSS performance indicators for presentation at monthly MRGG meetings, AGS Airports Limited Executive Meetings and for submission to the AGS Airports Limited Board and sub groups of the board;To provide all necessary support to the Chief Operating Officer to provide assurance that group airports remain compliant with statutory requirements and groupwide policies, standards and procedures;To provide support, specialist advice and guidance to the AGS Executive Committee, HSSS Committee and AGS Airports Limited Board;To provide input and expert advice where business change management is required, affecting aerodrome certification and all other areas of HSSS;To ensure the requirements for data protection are upheld through the management of the Data Protection Officer (DPO) contract; andTo provide legal and technical advice on Fire Safety aspects for projects, changes and improvements across AGS Airports.
    Qualifications and experienceOf graduate calibre and preferably with a master’s degree.Minimum of Diploma Level in Safety, Environment, Fire Safety or Business Continuity related subject.

    Job DescriptionThe Legal Director is responsible for leading AGS’s legal and governance framework, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and safeguarding the organisation against legal and regulatory risks. This role provides strategic legal advice to the Board, CEO, and senior leadership, oversees corporate governance, and manages relationships with regulators and external advisors. In addition, the Legal Director leads the development and implementation of a centralised compliance function and ensures effective board administration.The position also carries significant leadership responsibility for managing and developing the in-house legal team, allocating resources to meet business priorities, and driving professional growth and succession planning. Through strong governance, compliance oversight, and legal expertise, the role supports AGS in achieving its strategic objectives while maintaining integrity and trust with stakeholders.
    Principle accountabilitiesAct as Company Secretary for AGS, taking ownership of board governance, statutory filings and shareholder administration.Lead compliance oversight establishing and maintaining a central compliance framework that ensures consistency across all three airports and aligns with aviation industry standards and UK regulatory requirements.Provide corporate legal advice mainly to the CEO, executive team, shareholders, Audit & Risk Committee and Board.Manage key relationships with non-operational regulators and external law firms, ensuring AGS maintains strong compliance and legal standing within the aviation industry.Advise the Board, CEO and CFO on governance, fiduciary duties and director obligations.Key responsibility for the AGS Compliance Management System: centralise and further develop compliance function across the group, review and implement policies, and oversee regulatory horizon scanning.Act as liaison with regulators, external advisors, auditors and shareholders, ensuring clear and effective communication and timely resolution of compliance and governance matters.Lead the provision of legal advice to executives across corporate, governance and commercial topics.Direct line management of two existing commercial lawyers (senior and junior).Allocate responsibilities to ensure efficient coverage across AGS Group entities.Support the professional development of the legal team.Provide coaching, mentoring and professional development for legal staff.Lead recruitment, onboarding and integration of an additional junior counsel in 2026.Ensure that the legal team operates as a collaborative, effective in-house function
    Qualifications and experienceEssential UK-qualified Solicitor or Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) professional.Minimum 10 years’ relevant legal / governance experience in a regulated sector.Previous senior management and team leadership experience.Excellent communication and influencing skills at Board level.
