This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities to build your own customer base, whilst able to develop, and leverage, strong relationships with existing customers to provide expert advice on how our solutions can further drive efficiency within their sector. Youll have a deep understanding of software products, SaaS solutions and B2B sales processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the companys customer base. Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking and cold outreach. Actively seek opportunities to cross-sell our Make Work Easy product suite into our existing customer base. Solid understanding of the wider marketplace and competitor activity. Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations to potential clients. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales materials. Negotiate contracts and close deals to align with company and personal sales targets. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management. Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance, discuss sustainability goals, and identify opportunities for service improvements. Promote the companys sustainable approach and highlight the environmental benefits to potential clients. Educate clients on best practices for reducing their carbon footprint through efficient and sustainable solutions. Ensure that the CRM is keep updated with information relating to pipeline opportunities. Skills
