    If so, you might be the person that we are looking for to join our Service Sales team!
    We are looking for a Graduate Service Sales Account Manager – ideally based in the region between Glasgow, Edinburgh and Newcastle upon Tyne - to join our team, part of the Agilent CrossLab Group. In this role, you will be promoting and selling service contracts to assigned accounts across Scotland and North East England. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing contracts and generating new business to reach your financial targets.
    This position requires regular travel to customer sites within your assigned territory.
    This is a highly independent role in an international team, where you will be responsible for:
    o Managing the installed base inventory, service levels and contract set-up
    o Creatively tailoring solutions to meet customer requirements
    o Generate new business possibilities and identifying sales opportunities using the full portfolio available
    o Driving account plans for growth
    o Monitoring and reporting contract performance and value 
    The broad portfolio of services and the help from support teams will allow you to propose Lab-wide Enterprise Solutions, Multi-Vendor Services, Relocations and Customer Education in order to develop your business volume. 
    In this key sales position, you will use your commercial skills to deliver consultative solutions. You’ll work closely with the local Field Service team, Instrument Sales teams, and other members of the Service Sales organization to drive success.
     QualificationsWe are looking for an individual with the following background:
    o A Bachelor or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
    o Some experience in sales, preferably within Agilent’s markets or in enterprise services such as software or IT
    o Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical, Biopharma and Chemical Analysis industry would be a valued asset
    o Perfect networking abilities to integrate customer priorities and influence key stakeholders
    o Full drivers license

    We are seeking a CDD Partnership Manager to lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships within our Clinical Diagnostics Division (CDD). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by establishing partnerships with instrumentation, reagent, and software companies, as well as academic institutions. This position reports to the Director of Genomics Solutions & Digital Pathology, Product Management.As a key member of the team, the CDD Partnership Manager will work closely with Global Product Managers (GPMs) to align partnership strategies with the division’s strategic direction.     Join us as an Engineering Specialist in our rapidly expanding Church Stretton manufacturing facility, where your hands-on engineering expertise will help directly shape the future of our chemical production operations. You will be an integral part of the manufacturing team, with an emphasis on your professional growth, supported by a comprehensive training program.
    In this role, you will support the installation, testing, and maintenance of laboratory-to-process scale equipment, simultaneously sustaining current output whilst enhancing our chemical manufacturing capabilities. You’ll work closely with fellow engineers to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain equipment and processes. The role supports both routine operations and transformative initiatives aimed at increasing capacity and safety.
    The role involves hands-on technical support in a chemical manufacturing environment,with duties such as:
    • Installation, qualification, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment (from lab to plant scale).
    • Troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems.
    • Contractor & Vendor Coordination: Managing third-party service providers for lab installations and maintenance, including obtaining quotes, scheduling work, overseeing on-site activities, conducting risk assessments, issuing permits to work, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
    • Supporting production processes, including testing and problem-solving.
    • Assisting in process optimization (, improving cycle time, yield, cost, quality, safety).
    • Working with engineers to develop and test new components, products, or systems.
    • Documenting procedures, tests, and maintenance activities.
    • Possibly designing or building tools to support manufacturing (CAD).
     QualificationsWe are looking for an individual with the following background:
    • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering support, preferably in chemical, pharma or food industry.
    • Specialist education would be a plus.
    • Familiarity with CAD software would be a plus.
