     We‘re looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join Aggreko Benelux (Fuutweg 3, 4791 PB Moerdijk, NL). This is a is a key on-site position and will act as the first point of contact between Aggreko Technology Services and business colleagues at the Moerdijk Delivery Centre, the Moerdijk Service and Repair Centre and the Antwerp Delivery Centre. In addition, there will be occasional travel to Aggreko Germany at Dorsten (on average once each two months).
    Your mission
    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and leadership within the IT Service Desk team. This role involves managing complex incidents and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. They will work closely with other IT teams and the business to enhance service delivery and implement IT service management best practices.


    What You’ll Do
    -The IT Support Analyst will provide 1st and mainly 2nd line support to group-wide customers in an SLA-driven environment.
    - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues.
    - Escalate issues to appropriate IT teams when necessary.
    - Resolve complex incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
    - Providing training and support as needed.
    - Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in IT service management.
    - Support Starters and Leavers processes.
    - Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for IT-related issues.
    - Set up, configure, and support standard desktops, laptops, printers, mobile phones, and peripheral devices.
    - Facilitate user access and identity management activities and tasks in Active Directory.
    - Install operating systems and deploy software via SCCM.
    - Provide basic training and knowledge sharing for colleagues.
    - Collaborate with team and technical groups to solve problems.
    - Work with authorized 3rd parties and resolver groups to facilitate change and introduce new services.
    - Create and review standard operating procedures documentation.
    - Support device end-of-lease process and manage device returns.
    - Support the supervisor were required, acting as a point of escalation.
    - Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
    - Working closely and cross-skill with Service Desk colleague based in Dorsten, Germany, with potential travel required to cover annual leave.

    Your profile
    - Ideally with experience in a 1st or 2nd level IT support analyst role covering Active Directory, DELL Laptops/Desktops/Printers, Windows 11, Citrix/AVD, MS Exchange, Office 365, SCCM, Mobile Device Management (Intune). Otherwise some relevant experience with a range of IT systems, applications, and hardware; and the willingness to learn.
    - Excellent customer service skills.
    - Strong communication, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
    - Good team player willing to take ownership and responsibility.
    - Process orientated.
    - Driving license and a car as well as the ability to travel : once each 3-4 weeks to Antwerp (BE) and one each 2-3 months to Dorsten (GE).
