    This role is based with Parking Control Management in Slough.
    RoleAs a Sales and Account Manager you will play a key role in driving business growth by generating new leads, developing opportunities through proactive outreach, and presenting our services to prospective clients. The role involves regular engagement with clients through virtual and in-person meetings, site visits, and industry events, as well as creating high-quality sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing new business while maintaining accurate CRM records. You will nurture and grow key accounts by building strong client relationships, addressing concerns through to resolution, and contributing to wider Group Business Development initiatives to expand and strengthen the existing portfolio. This role has the option of being enrolled on to a Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship which offers structured training and on the job experience. You will be coached by leaders of the department who will challenge and mentor you to develop your sales, technical and communication skills. You will work with a team of highly skilled and collaborative colleagues and get the opportunity to increase your professional development whilst exceeding the demands of your clients and continuous improvement projects.
    Responsibilities and Duties To establish new business through lead generation and regular cold contact To regularly attend virtual and in-person client meetings and site visits To present our services to new clients To attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings To provide timely updates to the CRM to capture all sales activity To create quality sales proposals matching the requirements of our clients and regularly follow-up through to contract To negotiate contracts and packages and close new business To build a strong rapport with our key accounts to grow the existing portfolio To see client concerns through to completion, including handling difficult conversations and innovative solutions To drive forward Business Development initiatives

    PositionThe role of a Mobile Car Park Warden requires use of your own transport to cover sites in and around the Croydon and SW London area.
    You will be driving between the car parks and actively patrolling each site checking each vehicle. Your focus will be delivering front-line service, issuing Parking Charge Notices to vehicles that are not adhering to on-site rules within private land car parks. You will be patrolling up to 20 car park sites in your shift. You could be driving up to 100 miles a day, and walking over 10,000 steps a day!Experience in a similar role is desirable however not essential as we provide training, guidance and support every step of the way. If you are good at liaising with the public, have worked to targets, have been doing driving jobs, security or patrol work and can stay calm when needed, then this could be for you.
    You will be supported by our Team Leaders and Managers. Induction and training are provided, including H&S and conflict resolution training. You will receive a uniform and the equipment required to do your job.
    The ShiftsWe are looking for someone to work our evening shifts; 4pm - 12am, 5pm - 1am, 6pm - 2am. You will work 40 hours in a 7-day period on a set rota basis.Weekends availability is required as this is a busy time. At times, you may be required to cover our day / afternoon shifts to cover for colleagues.

    PositionWe're looking for a detail-driven administrator to join our Validations Team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring parking compliance by monitoring ANPR, CCTV and Self-Ticketing systems, issuing Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) accurately and fairly when parking conditions are breached.
    You'll take ownership of a primary processing area (ANPR, CCTV or Self-Ticketing), while also being cross-trained to support other areas when required. This is a varied role that rewards accuracy, consistency and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
