Deliver training and ongoing support to team members. Incident & Problem Management Triage and resolve software support and data processing issues. Manage incidents, service requests and problem resolution using ITSM tools. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organisational standards and with ITSM controls for all production changes. Prepare and present detailed monthly reports to the Leads, outlining key issues, achievements, and rectification strategies. Effectively use the Eco Online reports manager to monitor, analyse, and report on project data. Define and implement improvement points for both Delivery Partners (DP) and Liaison Engineers (LEs) based on data-driven insights to enhance overall project outcomes and efficiency. Assist in the delivery of training and development of Liaison Engineers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. What you'll need: In-depth knowledge of water networks & supply systems or equivalent. Well-versed in Water UK regulations and the Water Industry Act. Experienced in leading health & safety initiatives in construction environments and leading the delivery of RAMS. Reporting to the Complaints & Resolution Team Leader this role is the first point of contact for dissatisfied customers, you will own, investigate, and understand our customers concerns to turn around a complaint to bring satisfaction and resolution. You will need to be customer centric, enthusiastic, resourceful, and motivated with a can-do attitude and a drive for continuous improvement.Complaint Handling and Resolution:You will work with contact centre, operations and other relevant stakeholders to feedback corrective actions and training that may be required by individuals to mitigate repeat complaints. Ensure all written cases are contacted same day to understand resolution sought by customer. Act as a first point of escalation from the Contact Centre when the advisor is unable to find a satisfactory resolution for the customer. You will speak with the customer to understand the resolution the customer is looking for and will own this customer for 24 hours to find a suitable resolution.
