    Job Description
    A prestigious, design-led Landscape Architecture practice, renowned for its collaboration with global visionaries like BIG, KPF, and Foster + Partners, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their growing London studio.
    With an established presence across Europe and the Middle East, this firm is celebrated for delivering ambitious, high-profile projects across hospitality, mixed-use, and public realm sectors. Their work is bold, highly conceptual, and rooted in a strong design philosophy. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with an exceptional studio shaping the future of contemporary landscapes on an international scale.

    You’ll take the reins on multiple large-scale design projects, overseeing creative direction and project execution from concept through to post-contract stages. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner and Design Principal, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to both the internal team and external clients, representing the studio’s design integrity at every step.

    Key Responsibilities
    Lead several complex landscape projects in parallel across varied global locations
    Inspire and mentor a talented team of designers and technical staff
    Represent the studio in client meetings and high-level presentations
    Guide project design development through to delivery, including post-contract stages
    Contribute to strategic studio growth and design culture


    RequirementsA minimum of 12 years' experience in Landscape Architecture, with a strong design portfolio from top-tier practices
    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture (Honours)
    Must be proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion and understand Revit.
    Proven ability to manage large-scale resort, hotel, public realm, and mixed-use projects
    Highly creative, organised, and collaborative, with natural leadership presence
    Strong client-facing skills and the confidence to lead with clarity and vision
    Ideally, exposure to projects in the Gulf region
    Native-level fluency in English (spoken and written)

We're looking for individuals that can grow with the business. You should have a background working on residential and commercial projects and large-scale projects in the Middle East. This individual should have in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with all associated teams to ensure the project is delivered on time and budget.
