    Overview AMD develops high-performance computing and visualization products to solve some of the world’s toughest and most interesting challenges. As we expand across EMEA, our Channel partners—resellers, distributors, and OEMs—play a vital role in extending market access and advocating for the AMD brand. To support this growth, we are seeking a motivated and collaborative Channel Sales Representative (CSR) to help manage and grow our Channel partner ecosystem. This entry-level role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, partner-centric environment. You will work closely with senior Channel Managers and Distributor Leads, receiving guidance and mentorship while supporting both 1:1 and 1:many partner engagement activities. You’ll help drive partner activation, enablement, and performance through structured outreach, data insights, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Partner Engagement & Support Assist in managing a portfolio of Channel partners, supporting both direct (1:1) and scalable (1:many) engagement strategies. Coordinate regular communication touchpoints such as calls, webinars, and newsletters under the guidance of senior team members. Promote adoption of AMD Partner Network (APN) and help partners navigate tools and resources available on the portal. Enablement & Activation Support onboarding and enablement activities for new and existing partners. Help partners understand AMD’s product portfolio and value proposition. Assist in launching sales campaigns and seasonal incentive programs, working closely with Channel Marketing. Sales & Pipeline Development Collaborate with partners to identify sales opportunities and support pipeline development. Participate in joint demand generation activities and follow up on leads. Learn and apply best practices in sales motions and partner engagement. Performance Tracking & Reporting Help collect and analyze partner data to monitor engagement and performance. Prepare basic reports and dashboards to share insights with internal teams. Work with senior managers to identify trends and areas for improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work alongside Channel Marketing, Sales Operations, and Partner Programs teams to ensure consistent messaging and support. Collaborate with Distributor Managers aligned to large OEMs, supporting GTM execution and partner coordination under their direction. Share partner feedback and observations to help refine strategies and improve partner experience. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of experience in sales, partner support, or customer engagement—ideally in a B2B or tech environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Basic understanding of CRM systems and data tools is a plus. Proactive mindset with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
