    Quantity Surveyor Main Contractor Coulsdon, Surrey Up to £70,000 plus car allowance Our client is a well-established and forward-thinking main contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team. The business delivers healthcare and commercial refurbishment and new build projects under JCT and NEC contracts, typically valued between £2m and £10m. The role is office-based in Coulsdon with regular site visits across London and the Home Counties. Role Summary The Quantity Surveyor will take commercial responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with project teams, clients and the supply chain, the role focuses on commercial control, risk management and supporting successful delivery, particularly within live healthcare environments.
