Yard Operative Are you a hardworking and reliable Warehouse/Yard Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence? Key Responsibilities Loading and unloading vehicles using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck. Accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders. Assisting customers with collections in a friendly and professional manner. Organising, moving, and maintaining stock within the yard. Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting duties. Keeping the yard clean, tidy, safe, and well organised. Supporting the team with general yard and warehouse duties as required. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (essential). Previous experience working in a yard, warehouse, builders' merchant, or similar environment. A good level of physical fitness and the ability to carry out manual handling tasks. A positive attitude with a strong work ethic. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and customer service skills.
