Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain regular robust reporting for commercial and customer performance with tolerances where appropriate. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insight that supports strategic decisions, evidences regulatory compliance, drives improvements in fair value, customer understanding, and good outcomes, while balancing commercial performance. Lead initiatives to improve data quality and reliability across all Household Product & Ancillaries reporting streams. Lead key governance and regulatory reporting processes such as Customer Outcomes MI (COMI), FCA General Insurance Value Measures (GIVM), ensuring reporting is compliant, accurate and timely. Support the Product Lead and wider Household function in proactively responding to the evolving regulatory environment. Work closely with Finance, Pricing, Risk, Claims, Data Insights and IT to strengthen the link between MI and strategic decision-making. Inspire and educate Product Managers, fostering a data-driven and customer-first culture. Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, governance frameworks, and insight delivery. Provide clear, concise updates and commentary to senior management on performance and customer outcomes. What We’re Looking For Strong analytical or data-driven background within insurance, financial services, or product management. Proven ability to use MI and reporting to inform decisions, drive commercial performance and improve customer outcomes. Deep understanding of FCA Consumer Duty and regulatory reporting requirements and metrics (GIVM). Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complex analysis into actionable insight. Excellent written and verbal communication. Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing strategy. Organised and able to manage multiple priorities. Ability to lead through others, coach and develop team members, and drive collaboration.
